Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity

« It's a new and improved Sonic Riders with plenty of new tracks and characters to enjoy. It's a must-have for Sonic fans and a "might-enjoy" for aces of the racing genre, especially for those who like F-Zero and Wipeout. »
« A surprisingly fun effort, but it's just not as solid as it should be (the controls in particular) and the overly complex mechanics might put the more casual Sonic fans off. [Mar 2008, p.84] »
« As with the original " Sonic Riders", a large segment of the gaming populace will likely fine Zero Gravity immensely frustrating. [Feb 2008, p.90] »
« Our advice: use a GameCube controller, learn the shortcuts, and hope the next one sorts out that boost system. »
« Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity is a racer that comes up just short of being respectable. »
« Not dreadful but not great: another shotgun marriage between Sonic and the Wii. [Mar 2008, p.72] »
« Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity’s problems keep it from being a consistent blast - but it has its moments. »
« Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity has some good ideas, but it all ultimately falls flat in its execution. The controls are stiff and unresponsive, the track concepts are great, but lack quality design, and the context-sensitive shortcuts feel like a waste of time that do nothing but over complicate things, littering the tracks with garbage. »
Avis des Joueurs (Metacritic)
« In no way any other way will do! Fly, ride, any weather. Nothing new in blue! »
« The controls are s bit tedious at first, but once you get used to them, it's a very fun game. »
« A great game, easy to pick up and play thanks to its simple controls with the Wiimote, and tons of fun once you get the hang of it! »
« While it’s often overshadowed by the original, Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity is actually a super chill and stylish sequel once you get the hang of the new **** biggest draw is the Gravity Control, which lets you pull off these massive, physics-defying drifts that feel way more satisfying than the original's pit-stop system. It’s a lot more beginner-friendly since they simplified the trick system, so you aren't constantly worrying about your air gauge. Plus, the soundtrack is top-tier—it has this polished, futuristic electronic vibe that fits the "Zero G" aesthetic perfectly. »
« I really liked this game a lot. I really enjoyed it when those days of quarantine passed about 6 years ago. Obviously the difficulty of Sonic Riders Zero Gravity is difficult but I really like the amount of circuits, the soundtrack and even the cameos of other SEGA games, characters like NiGHTS and Billy The Hatcher and others. Even so, I complain a little because this game received a grade of 56. Perhaps there was a lot of exaggeration due to its difficulty. I mean, it's not a bad or frustrating game. It's too entertaining and even more so with friends. Hopefully this game can have another sequel in the future. »
« I liked this game as a kid. The maps are genuinely fun to play and teh gravity gimmick is interesting »
« How does this have a 56? This game is one of my favorite Wii games that I still play too this day. The amount of shortcuts, characters, gimmicks, and different paths keep me coming back. It's also fun to try and unlock all the extreme gear. 10/10 better then Bomberman Act Zero on the Xbox 360. »
