Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2

« You play as Harry, Hermine or one of Harry's friends to defeat the dark lord, but with a total play time of 4 hours I would have expected a better gameplay. »
« Gamers will be bored by the mechanics and fans of the lore will be disappointed by the ham-fisted depiction of the series' climax. While saying goodbye to Harry in the final book was bittersweet, I felt nothing but joy as my time with this tedious exercise finished. »
« The game still falls far short of modern shooters, and the boss battles often fail to add new gameplay tactics to the mix. But when the game rises to the occasion - like during the battle against giants, and in a sniping section set on a bridge - it's a fine conclusion to the franchise. »
« The short development cycle still hurt the end product. Shooting can be fun, but it gets old when you realize that the game doesn't offer interesting level designs. »
« A mere add-on to the previous game, short and without any improvements to the first game, even losing features like Kinect support. »
« EA's Harry Potter series unceremoniously bows out in this final game. While the previous games were also disappointments, this one sinks even lower to full-on cash-in status. What you're left with is a confused mess parading around as a barely-competent third-person shooter. »
« Part II has new characters and new enchantments, but overall the game falls short of all expectations. »
« Harry Potter's latest adventure is basically a nice try to fix everything that didn't worked at Deadly Hallow's first chapter. The shooting scheme is nothing more than a waste of the original atmosphere, but nevertheless, it's still a worth-try-for-rental game if you're looking for something connected to the movies. »
« [SPOILER ALERT: This review contains spoilers.] »
« It’s a really fun game, and despite those critics, it’s worth playing if you love Harry Potter. Yes, it might be a little off, but it is still amazingly good! »
« This new Harry Potter game isn't terrible, (like the others) but it's just below average. Graphics range from very good to quite ugly, and the story is just non-existent. The different characters seem fun at first, but then you realise they all function the SAME! However, the gameplay is good, with a fun shooting mechanic, but having to do basically the same game OVER and OVER again! And that's what this game is; it's a lazy, repetitive, faceless mess! »
« tbh i didnt like this one as much as the others but i still thought that this was an alright game i missed wondering around the castle and all the side missions that gave you something to do if you got bored of the storyline »
« WHY THE HECK ARE PEOPLE GIVEING THIS GAME A 10? This terrible. Its rubbish, the gameplay is slightly better then the first game but guess what. I rented this game and finished it in just under 4 hrs. ARE U KIDDIN ME!? The stupid dim-witted developers abominated the book and movie with Call of Duty, Gears of War style shooting game. The only positive thing I can say about this game is it follows with the movie other than that, this is just a cheap, rushed, knock off.â »
« Horrible game, yeah you can switch characters but there is no f* difference. It's a Call of Potter: Duty Hallows. Too short, Kinect and side missions were dropped. Don't waste your gaming dollar in this. »
