GamingTrend 100/100

« We’ve waited far too long for an Aliens game this good, but it’s finally here. With an exciting campaign, five exciting classes, a dazzling array of weapons, and a staggering array of monsters to use them on, Aliens: Fireteam Elite is a perfect organism. »

ComicBook 90/100

« Aside from being a faithful take on the Aliens experience, Aliens: Fireteam Elite is simply a good game. Is it a shot-for-shot adaptation of its source material? Certainly not, but I definitely felt like I was in at least some version of an Aliens world through and through. Its loot and combat only improve with time without asking players to mindlessly grind just to keep progressing. The obvious push towards co-op, as opposed to single-player, may be a bummer to some, but even those who venture into Xenomorph swarms on their own will have plenty to look forward to in Aliens: Fireteam Elite. »

NME 80/100

« Aliens: Fireteam Elite is a bad Aliens game but a whole bunch of fun. You’ll probably not find anything revolutionary here, but if you want to bellow “Let’s Rock” at friends as a tsunami of Xenomorphs comes at you from all angles, you’ll enjoy every second. Providing you’re not playing alone, with the game’s woeful bots. »

TheGamer 80/100

« I didn’t expect more than a short, fun diversion, but Aliens: Fireteam Elite has the ambitions of a genuine hobby game, and honestly, I think it’s good enough to pull it off. »

MMORPG.com 80/100

« Ultimately, Aliens: Fireteam Elite is more hit than miss. Although it does little to advance the survival shooter genre forward, Cold Iron Studio has done a great job of combining the familiar source material with fun, action-packed combat. The few flaws are merely a minor distraction and don’t mean game over, man! »

GameSpot 80/100

« Despite what its reduced price might suggest, there's a lot here to keep you entertained for numerous hours, especially once you've managed your first run through all four acts and start tackling them again with higher difficulty settings in the pursuit of consistently better gear. There's so much satisfaction in customizing and managing a handful of classes with enough depth to transform them into the Colonial Marine you need at a given time, along with a plethora of great weapons to make the moment-to-moment action engaging from the first time you pull the trigger. What it lacks in dread it makes up for in pure white-knuckle action, making Aliens: Fireteam Elite a great place to engage with this iconic sci-fi franchise again. »

The Games Machine 78/100

« Aliens: Fireteam Elite is a valid cooperative shooter, one where you can just drop in and shoot stuff with glee, or put your coordination and teamplay to the test if you’re looking for a challenge. There are friendly AIs, but they aren’t great and solo play only works at the lower difficulties. Finally, while the game is competent and fun, it also shows its low budget. »

GameStar 78/100

« Wonderfully action-packed multiplayer shooter with plenty of Aliens vibe, it is however only really enjoyable with human players. »

« A return in kind to the days of ALIENS: ONLINE on the Gamestorm servers back in the 90s that really brought a lot of what I wanted to see in a 3rdPS dungeon-crawler, horde mode PVE. Glitches and bugs really kept this from a 5 star launch but patches made it better. Long term it needs more content and a bit more open world approach if it wants to be more than a here today and gone tomorrow memory. Having a dedicated / stand-alone single player campaign would have pushed it over that threshold if you ask me. »

Prad_Bitt 8/10

« Left4Dead with Alien IP that runs smooth and looks great. However the game is incredibly short, and no opportunity of workshop items does make it a bit bland, especially on repetitive runs. »

IJBOLiquita 1/10

« I mean, considering the era we’re living in, I just can’t understand how a game based on such a great film series could have such clunky character animations. The game has already been criticized enough, but I hated it so much that I wanted to criticize it too. They didn’t even bother making proper facial animations for the characters when they talk. It honestly felt lazy. It was so cheap that I don’t even want to go on about it. I already knew the game was going to be bad from how terrible the character creation screen was. »

AJCk19 3/10

« Alien Earth was so bad, that I don't even feel like playing this game. The 4 player game FUSE is better anyway. »

JKaiya 5/10

« The game was okay, but to me there's better and more polished games of its genre such as ****. The missions here weren't also that interesting. It was just running from point A to point B in a straight line type map with no divergence. And occasionally you have to stand ground and fight, or fight on the way to your next objective. It was pretty bare bones. No stealth mechanics either in ALIEN of all things was wild. Its basically a worse version of Destiny Strikes at this **** that all being said, it was okay. But to me the icing on the cake that makes you stop playing, is that the difficulty is way too easy if you are remotely competent at shooting. And there's a power/level system that makes you artificially tied to difficulties. The game is honestly just made for little kids who don't play fps games, as that is where the difficulty was crafted for. Games where I had 2 incompetent teammates felt somewhat fun, but the moment I add a friend who can shoot the whole mission is a breeze. The game is also somewhat buggy, like theres a bug where you randomly cant shoot nor switch your weapon for like 20 seconds. The art was also a very awkward mixture of bad and good, making a horrible mesh. The guns felt like toy pea shooters and weren't remotely satisying to use at all »

« Bought game. Played through to the end of the first mission. The final door won't open. Bugged. Returned game. Dear game designers -- fix your ****! Don't sell broken games. »

Brunorac10 9/10

« Melhor game da série Aliens multiplayer até o momento, com visual bem construíd, som de qualidade e envolvente ,proporciona umaótima experiência no universo da série Aliens. »

Playstation4Win 10/10

« This game is one of the best co op games I've played in my entire playstaytion history since 2009. And I've played hundreds and hundreds of games. The game makes you stick very close together as a team of 3 players throughout the entire mission. You can see and hear each others clips and bullets flying out as you take on hordes of aliens. Heart pounding and breath taking! »
