Sea of Thieves
Sea of Thieves

« Sea of thieves is one of a kind, a very rare game that will be a sea of joy for some, and a strange and empty game, that lack some of the basics of modern games for others. For me it's a total success, a game that has filled the hours I've spend playing it with plenty of unforgettable moments. »
« Rare delivered a completely new kind of game, mainly focused on letting people create their own adventures alone or with friends, and where everyone is on a level playing field. While the game succeeds in this delivering a very entertaining and visually stunning experience, we feel that it would have greatly benefited from more encounter/mission types and a richer world lore. Hopefully this will be addressed in the coming months. »
« Sea of Thieves plots a course in the opposite direction of most big budget, predictable affairs. Loot is not about gaining power, and the thrill is in the voyage, not the destination. This may alienate some gamers, but it is a breath of fresh air for those willing to embrace the change. However, Rare will soon find the community clamoring for more content and improved social options to keep players invested and using their freedom to create limitless and fascinating stories. »
« It’s packed with the studio’s trademark charm and humour, while providing endless opportunities for adventure. A touch more accessibility for solo players would be nice, as would more varied matchmaking for crews, but this is a game that’s set to evolve over time. A real treasure. »
« Sea of Thieves is wholly dedicated to keeping players on equal footing. Someone who’s been playing for a day can crew up with someone who’s been playing for months, and neither will have an inherent advantage — save, of course, the latter’s experience with the game. It’s a bold move meant to keep the entire community playing together, and early indications suggest it works. »
« Sea of Thieves is not yet the dream game. But it is the most important release of the first part of 2018, and not only for Xbox. Rare has created a wonderful world at a technical, audiovisual and gameplay level. But theor work is not yet finished, and now it's time to fill it with all the good ideas they've already shown they can deliver. »
« Sea of Thieves is a disgustingly enjoyable game that is endlessly entertaining among friends. That said, it has an incredible deficit of organized content, too few customization options, and needs a bigger, more varied world map. I have no doubt that as the game grows and evolves, it will become an iconic, phenomenal title, but for now it remains deeply flawed even while being relentlessly fun. »
« Cooperation with other players is essential in Sea of Thieves for any action. It doesn’t matter if you know the other players or not, Sea of Thieves is capable of creating the most fun moments that we've experienced in an online multiplayer. »

« Sea of Thieves is easily one of the most visually stunning games I have ever played. The graphics are exactly what I crave in a maritime adventure, but it is the environment that truly steals the show. The way the light hits the water and the sheer atmosphere of sailing through a storm or docking at a tropical outpost is unparalleled. It is incredibly fun and offers a sense of freedom and emergent gameplay that is hard to find elsewhere.I wanted to give this a perfect 10, but I am settling on a 9 for a few reasons. There is a noticeable lack of the developers listening to community feedback on certain long standing issues, and the game still suffers from a frustrating amount of bugs. While these issues do not ruin the experience, they are frequent enough to hold it back from absolute perfection. Still, it is a fantastic journey for anyone who loves the call of the sea. »
« Love this game being a pirate in this is so much better than black flag. You control the pirate not just the ship. It has a pretty high skill barrier for entry, but once you get past the hurdles of learning how to sail it is like no other. »
« Sea of thieves has the potencial to be GOTY its unique and every new player Will love it for sure, but after hitting pirate legend and "completing" the game the lack of content is worringly bad Ive played this game since beta and the problem is on Rare, this company cant handle and cant manage such a good game, and the principal responsable is microsoft,SOT and rare owners. Theres no any other activities than doing pvp or quests thatare Boring, the only goal is to win moneyto buy cosméticos but NO ONE CARES. Theres no progression, nowadays u can't find players to enjoy or "join" to play or beat a kraken or something, this game need attention or if not it Will die »
« It's a game that should have been developed by Rockstar. Instead, Microsoft and Rare ruined a conceivable game by creating cartoonist nonsense. I consider it an epic failure by Microsoft and a total waste of money. »
« Unemployeds final boss no room for new players most people I have encountered on this have over 4k hours »
« If you have friends, this game is perfect. We felt like real pirates in this game. I enjoy this game and I could give this 10 point, but I don't like give 10 a online game. »
« I am surprised by the 5.7 average i see from **** of thieves is insanely rich and well done. It has a vast open-world map that does not feel empty (in contrast to many other open-worlds). A **** of missions available, you can spend years playing the game and still find new stuff! It has kind of a steep learning curve, and it is not really intuitive, but once you get thejist you can do a lot.Only downside, for me, is that the game loses a lot (and becomes a bit slow or repetitive) for solo-players. A team of 2-3 is ideal but alas, hard to assemble (covid had at least this positive side **** can both play just to have fun for a few hours, or to actually get involved with the lore.. the game is slow, but is intended to be.. and can be punishing and frustrating (pvp).. but again, is intended to be.Plus, you get to fight krakens and fish inside storms to get rare ****.. what more do you want? »
