Perseverance: Complete Edition
Perseverance: Complete Edition est un jeu publié par Feardemic le 9 février 2023 sur PC (Microsoft Windows) et Nintendo Switch. Classé dans les genres aventure, réflexion / puzzle et visual novel, il met en scène Jack et Karen devant faire face à des problèmes familiaux, au drame d'une petite ville et à une apocalypse zombie.
Sur le plan de l'accueil critique, GameOver.gr a salué un visual novel d'horreur intéressant proposant des thèmes matures, de nombreux choix, de multiples fins et des personnages bien développés. De son côté, Universo Nintendo a trouvé le drame familial intéressant et complexe, mais a regretté que les segments d'horreur soient en deçà. Par ailleurs, un joueur sur Metacritic a indiqué avoir beaucoup aimé le style artistique du jeu, estimant que si l'histoire paraît générique, elle se met en place au fil de la progression et se dévoile progressivement.

« Αn interesting horror visual novel with mature themes, lots of choices and multiple endings. The characters are fleshed out, but the zombie apocalypse story has been used to death in the past and the game would benefit from voice overs which it doesn't have. Some problems with the controls when you come up with choices could also be easily averted. »

« I really liked the art style of the game. The story is pretty generic but the game builds it up as it goes and you uncover what is happening progressively. There are some glitches in the character designs on nintendo switch and some typos but a decent experience overall. »
