NHL 2K7
NHL 2K7 est un jeu vidéo de hockey sur glace développé par Visual Concepts et Kush Games, publié par 2K Sports le 12 septembre 2006. Il est disponible sur PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PlayStation 2 et Xbox. La jaquette du jeu met en vedette Joe Thornton, centre des Sharks de San Jose. Bob Cole et Harry Neale reprennent leurs rôles de commentateurs depuis NHL 2K6.
Le jeu introduit des animations améliorées, principalement axées sur le patinage, ainsi qu'une nouvelle fonctionnalité appelée « Cinemotion », qui utilise des angles de caméra rapprochés et une musique dramatique pour capturer l'intensité des rencontres. NHL 2K7 est également la première simulation de hockey sur glace à paraître sur PlayStation 3.
L'accueil critique a été positif. Operation Sports a salué le jeu comme « le meilleur titre sportif sur Xbox 360 à ce jour », soulignant les progrès accomplis en un an. WHAM! Gaming a quant à lui estimé qu'il s'agissait d'un « ensemble solide et complet, bien présenté, avec suffisamment de nouveautés pour marquer un grand pas en avant par rapport à NHL 2K6. »
