Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, développé et publié par Moonton, est sorti le 14 juillet 2016 sur Android et iOS. Ce jeu de type MOBA, classé également dans les genres aventure et stratégie, utilise le moteur Unity et propose à deux équipes de cinq joueurs de s'affronter en temps réel sur une carte à trois lanes, avec pour objectif de détruire la base adverse tout en défendant la sienne. Les joueurs disposent de plus de 130 héros répartis en six rôles (Tank, Marksman, Assassin, Fighter, Mage et Support) et peuvent progresser dans un système de rangs allant de Warrior à Mythic. Avec une note agrégée de 62,67, le titre reçoit des retours contrastés : certains joueurs regrettent notamment des déconnexions entraînant des bannissements ou un matchmaking perçu comme défavorable, comme en témoignent des avis publiés sur Metacritic.

« In all my years of playing 5v5 games never would I think I would meet garbage like this. You people can't even make up your minds on how strong YOUR heros should be, matching system is completely useless and people would did absolutely nothing in match won't receive punishment but me that did the most, tried to give common sense to the AI you people keep sending my way, me, **** ME gets reported and punished!???. You people must be mad. In this life and in your next lives pray to whatever God you serve that I won't get you cus I will make sure your torture extensively before you all die. « the customer service are not serious and don't take the users seriously. also, I've been having issues with high ms while my internet is tip top. all what the customer service says is that I need to balance between my wifi and cellular data. I'm leaving reviews on all the platforms so that you take people seriously. Trash with low server maintenance and no responsibility for their user experience. »
« Poor matchmaking, predatory marketing tactics, and toxic user environment. I have played this game on multiple continents and no matter where you go all over the world, these comments all ring true. MLBB takes everything bad about the game it ripped off (League of Legends) and intensifies it with catastrophic results. Whether you continue to play, quit playing, or have yet to play, I would not suggest supporting such a game and their dev/marketing team financially. Unlike LoL, this game has no MMR to speak of, therefore decay of visible rank is the main factor for uneven matches. An entire team of players who have previously reached a rank of Mythic 300+ can very often be matched up against someone who started playing last week and ugly skins cost hundreds of dollars. This is well and truly the epitome of a cheap counterfeit game much like most of the ripp-offs that are mass-produced in China. »

« With each season passing, the matchmaking system it’s becoming worse and worse. As a solo player, 9/10 games you get minimum 3 feeders in the team. The rank system it’s a big poop, everyone can reach mythic easily. Bugs and cheaters start to appear more often, and the developers not doing nothing about that. The reporting system it’s basically useless. Cheaters reported then replyfrom the system as “nothing found wrong”, feeders not getting any penalties, etc. Because from what i observed, the system is based on the amount of reports you get, not on your game performance. A lot of times getting in team premades (2/3), if the 3 premades decide to report you, even if you play good, the system will sanction you, and you’ll lose credit score. The report system is based in credit score, that’s not doing nothing. Can recover the credit scorelost easily in few **** from playing games it’s at most 1 minute, so basically useless. They’re focusing all their time and resources only to release new skins to get the players money, but never listening to the players feedbacks regarding the game. Heroes very unbalanced. 90% of the hero skins released are only obtained by event participation, to maximise the money spent to obtain the skins. Grading badges for each end game areheavily based on KDA, so if your team just brainlessly jumping into losing fights, while you’re trying to defend the base from the minions, it’s guaranteed a low grade badge, which increases the chances of being sanctioned if your team will report you (which it very often happens, because the teammates have no brain and just fight and die pointlessly, then lowing the game, and always looking to blame others) The customer support it’s useless as well. Just an AI that’s pushing things back and forth until you’re tired of trying and give up. »
