Major League Baseball 2K6, simplement connu sous le nom de MLB 2K6, est un jeu vidéo de sport sous licence Major League Baseball développé par Visual Concepts et édité par 2K Sports et Take-Two Interactive. Disponible depuis le 3 avril 2006 sur PlayStation 2, Xbox et Nintendo GameCube, il propose de nouvelles fonctionnalités telles qu'Inside Edge, la World Baseball Classic et une expérience en ligne. Le titre introduit également plusieurs aspects inédits pour les jeux de baseball, avec notamment des spectateurs qui crient, le « swing stick », des captures spectaculaires, des fans attrapant les balles et des classements de puissance. La presse a salué certaines améliorations, Next Level Gaming jugeant que le jeu est une mise à niveau de la version Xbox avec de meilleurs graphismes et un champ mieux géré, tandis qu'AtomicGamer y voit un successeur digne de la franchise MVP MLB, tout en relevant quelques bugs et un champ imparfait. L'évaluation agrégée du titre s'établit à 47,50.
