Cheat Code Central 96/100

« So fun, that you'll find yourself addicted in no time. The controls are simple, but the gameplay is complex and delightful to play. And the killer soundtrack just adds bounty to the beautiful. »

AceGamez 90/100

« As a single player experience, Burnout Dominator has really hit top speed and taken down its rivals. The racing is fast paced and thrilling, taking out other cars and even totalling yours is so satisfying. The crashes are huge and compelling to witness and they are certainly some of the best you will see in a driving game. »

Games Master UK 89/100

« On its own terms, a brilliant racer. But it's not the most comprehensive Burnout ever. [Apr 2007, p.81] »

Play UK 88/100

« Dominator may lack a proper identity, but in terms of visceral action and an absolutely thrilling sense of speed, it's distinctly Burnout - and therefore brilliant. Just be prepared for more of the same. A hell of a lot more. [Issue #152, p.74] »

GamePro 85/100

« Even with the lack of a Crash mode and no online play, Burnout Dominator is a wise investment, even for the Burnout first-timer, especially with a $40 price tag. »

Pelit (Finland) 85/100

« May be almost too fast and furious for an arcade racing game. Although not an essential addition to the Burnout saga, Burnout Dominator definitely has its moments. Online play is sorely missed. [Apr 2007] »

Armchair Empire 85/100

« Despite the disappointing exclusion of Burnout’s Crash mode, which in my opinion really was one of the franchise’s significant features, and a somewhat surprising lack of online multiplayer, you’ll still find your burning desire for hot racing satiated by Burnout Dominator, although it’s certainly not as dominating on the hot virtual asphalt as its predecessor, Burnout Revenge. »

Gaming Target 83/100

« It’s not as classic as "Takedown" or "Revenge," so it’s a step backwards, but still it’s an enjoyable racer that has it’s problems, but it can be as addictive as the series has been in the past. »

Avis des Joueurs (Metacritic)

Agent008 7/10

« This is a simple PS2 port of the PSP game. So it's lacking all the major features and graphics that one would expect from a true home console title. As a result, it's not as impressive as "Burnout 3" or "Burnout Revenge". But the gameplay is still fun despite the smaller scale. I'd rate it with a 7.7 out of 10. »

Alex_Ozzy008 7/10

« This is a port of a PSP game As a result, it doesn't have the scope or graphics of a true PS2 title. But despite lacking many features from "Burnout 3" and "Burnout Revenge", it's worthy enough to be a must buy for series fans. Just don't expect to be blown away by the graphics or depth. Overall, I would rate this with a 7.7 out of 10. »

Yojimbo2015 9/10

« Adding many all-singing, all-dancing bells and whistles to an already great road racer, Dominator refined the formula that made the hugely influential series a phenomenon. »

« my first contact with the Burnout series was with this game here! I like it mainly to play with 2 people »

Alex_Pilgrim008 7/10

« Burnout: Dominator was a PSP game before it was ported to the PS2. Much like GTA: Liberty City Stories, it suffers from the translation. This was meant to be a mobile game, not a console title. As a result, it is a huge stepdown from the previous two games. I remember enjoying it, but also feeling that a lot was missing. Fun, but a non-essential entry in the series. I would rate this with a 7.7 out of 10. »

ECB19 9/10

« one of my favorites, pretty graphics for a ps2 even if some of the Soundtracks are recycled, that doesn't matter, because it's a great playlist. and good gameplay, it really gets entertain. »

OldPierrDunn 9/10

« Great arcade racing game! Graphics are amazing for ps2. Crash physics is really detailed and we'll made for its time. Big variety of different cars in different styles. Maps are beautiful and memorable. There is cool feature: density of traffic depends on part of the map. For example there is more traffic on the centre of city, than on countryside road. Sometimes it is hard to see and react quickly due to small resolution of ps2, and constant crashes with traffic makes lot of races really hard. »

« I throught Burnout 3 is worst Burnout, but I was wrong . Now I think Burnout Dominator is worst Burnout . Terrible Graphics for 2007, physics is **** and only good Burnout Games is Burnout Legends and Paradise, others Burnout Games are **** . I hope I don't see Burnout worse . Burnout Dominator is very terrible on PS2, on PSP BD is betterthan on PS2 because screen on PSP is smaller and difficult discarn terrible graphics and physics . »
