You are in the shoes of one or several mayors, and you are tasked with populating and managing your cities.When you have chosen a segment to place your city in, you will be able to chose between 3 game modes. God mode: This mode lets you shape the overall landscapes as you desire Mayor mode: In this mode you build and manage your own cities. My Sim mode: Here the player can choose his own Sims and have them move into the city, or import saved games from the game The Sims.

Sim City vous met dans la peau d'un Maire. Vous devez construire et gérer l'évolution de votre ville. Les paramètres sont nombreux et sont très fidèles aux préoccupations d'un Maire d'une grande ville... Dans SimCity 4, vous ne vous contentez pas de bâtir votre ville, vous lui insufflez la vie. L’interface de Sim City est simple et fonctionnelle. On navigue dans deux zones différentes : la ville et la région.
Inclut SimCity™ 4 Rush Hour : vous allez avoir un contrôle maximal sur votre réseau de transport. Routes, air, voies fluviales et même véhicules. Vous aurez également des missions comme celle qui est de faire la chasse aux bandits. Si vous menez à bien ces opérations vous serez récompensé. Faites grimper la cote de satisfaction de vos citoyens. Nommez les rues, les bâtiments, les montagnes et les quartiers. Vous pourrez déclencher des catastrophes et des invasions extra-terrestres. Un tout nouveau tutoriel vous aidera à débuter.

The economics are wonky, everything is kind of janky, its easy to break and cheat this game. But its the best thing out there in this genre. »
