Kingdom Hearts
Kingdom Hearts

« You’ll be hard pressed to find another game that even comes close to matching the quality found in Kingdom Hearts. Games just don’t come as beautiful and well thought out as this, it’s a virtual masterpiece that excels in every way possible. »
« In the end this is THE game of the year as far as I am concerned and even exceeded the amount of fun I had with "Final Fantasy X" a year ago. »
« Each world is full of colors, whether it be lush green environments of a jungle, or the sandy feeling you get in the desert, each world is chock full of beautiful and vibrant colors that jump out at you more than Mexican jumping beans. »
« The battles that unfold are as beautful as they are intense, and as difficult as they are easy to manhandle. [Oct 2002, p.76] »
« Despite the gummi ship craziness, I found this game to be completely addictive. »
« I really don’t think anyone else could have woven as complex and enthralling a story into such enjoyable gameplay and kept it as true to both Square and especially Disney fans. »
« Although the game’s graphics and music were as incredible as you can expect from these two very professional companies, the actual gameplay does get a tiny bit repetitive at times. Overall, Kingdom Hearts manages to be an incredible game. »
« Has a few flaws, but its unique character pairings and jaw-dropping graphics make this a remarkable RPG. »

« My review is about the Kingdom hearts final mix version on PC. The game is really good bc its represents the fight between light and dark. While playing you can experience the journey as Sora you were Sora and not just as an outside viewer. While FF and Disney characters are not really close to each other, still it works out really great. So overall the game is really good and make a good job making you see everything as Sora. The only bad thing is the camera controlls, bc its nearly doesnt exits. You can look around horizontali but not verticaly. »
« Absolute cinema best game on ps2 in my opinion absolutly recommend to any RPG gamers and normal gamers in general »

Then it works, indeed.Sora is an easy to understand **** grows, he makes mistakes, he moves **** theme of the heart and friendship remains ****'s not just a game for **** music is memorable. Some songs stick in the head for years.Disney worlds are curated and full of atmosphere.Kingdom Hearts 1 is not **** he has a strong **** is the beginning of a saga that leaves its **** when it ends, you have something left inside. « A great game with a truly unique world. While at times it can show it's age and can have some pacing issues with the gummi ship- it is nonetheless a fun game that will want you wanting more. »
« Kingdom Hearts is, above all, a special game. Not perfect, nor does it pretend to be, but it has a charm that few titles have managed to replicate. However, it's worth being clear: if your thing is overly deep RPGs, ultra-technical systems, or you are looking for combat as precise as a Devil May Cry, you won't find that here. The camera has aged poorly, the AI has its bad days, and the structure is simpler than it seems at first glance. And if you are one of those who can't tolerate even a hint of "childish" aesthetics, you'll probably flee before Sora even says his first "let's go get 'em."However, if you grew up with Disney but discovered your RPG side with Final Fantasy... this game tugs at heartstrings you didn't even know you had. Kingdom Hearts works precisely because it doesn't try to hide its strange mix: it embraces it sincerely. And that's where its magic lies. It doesn't matter that the polygons are noticeable or that Nomura decided to overcomplicate everything: the adventure, the emotion, and Shimomura's music take you by the hand, and before you know it, you're already deep into the **** you are looking for an accessible but soulful RPG, if you are drawn to the idea of reliving Disney worlds with a darker twist, or if you simply want a game that dares to be different without fear of ridicule, Kingdom Hearts deserves your time. It doesn't emerge unscathed from its flaws, but it compensates with an identity so strong that it's impossible not to remember it. Getting in costs whatever it costs... but leaving indifferent is practically impossible. »
