Avis des critiques et joueurs

Critiques de la Presse (Metacritic)

TotalGames.net 71/100

« The weird and wonderful world of Jim is well suited to the GBA – fast-paced and addictive, with enough challenge to get the little grey cells working – but this disappointing port hasn’t done its slimy hero many favours, and GBA owners will find much better elsewhere. »

Game Informer 65/100

« With better action games out there for GBA, I suggest leaving this earthworm to the fisherman. [Sept 2002, p.94] »

GameSpy 63/100

« Superempire put in a password save system for EWJ2, but, sadly, it bites! »

Nintendo Power 60/100

« A loony bin full of variety, and it's a platformer that's worth going grazy over. [July 2002, p.150] »

GamerWeb Nintendo 60/100

« Even if you love EWJ you will most likely find nothing but disappointment from this game despite a splash of humor. »

GameZone 55/100

« There are so many bugs in this game that at times it is unplayable, and futile to even attempt to do so. »

IGN 40/100

« Sloppily produced and bug-filled. It's still playable, but it's extremely difficult to overlook all the game's problems...because there's just so many of them. »

Play Magazine 40/100

« Doesn't anyone, anywhere, give a rat's ass about this franchise anymore? [Aug 2002, p.76] »

Avis des Joueurs (Metacritic)

2004robloxfan23 1/10

« "ONE OF THE GREATEST GAMES OF ALL TIME is now available on the Game Boy Advance." Or should I say, "ONE OF THE GREATEST GAMES OF ALL TIME is now an unplayable, broken mess **** on the GBA". You'd expect this port to be an improvement over the first game, NOPE! Now this port is being made by an EVEN WORSE developer compared to the other developer of the original Earthworm Jim on the GBA. The in-game music is horrible and the instruments sound ear-grating, The controls/animations are terrible, And numerous glitches are in this port that are not even present in the SNES and Genesis versions. How can the GBA screw up the SNES port like this? This is just nothing but poor coding/programming. The people at Majesco should be ashamed of themselves for not only ruining the Earthworm Jim franchise, but also hiring a presumably low budget developer SuperEmpire to make this abomination of a port. Don't buy this, This will waste your precious time. »
