Avis des critiques et joueurs

Critiques de la Presse (Metacritic)

GamePro 90/100

« Overall, it's a must-have and a keeper in your PC collection. With crystal-clear visuals and addictive gameplay, not to mention loads of replay value, you'll be telling your friends about this one. Unscramble some words and get going. Lex is waiting for you, giant lenses and all. »

Destructoid 90/100

« While Bookworm Adventures 2 doesn't appear to offer anything startlingly new or different, it does stick by the formula that PopCap seems to have down to a science. The game is high quality and a lot of fun to play, and the only negative thing I can really say about it is that if you don't care for word games, it probably won't appeal to you. »

GamingTrend 86/100

« It’s addicting as hell (breaking away from it long enough to write this review has been tough), incredibly well-crafted, and is simply just a ton of fun. »

Gamer Limit 85/100

« The game is simple, addictive and silly. Whilst it changes very few elements from the original, minimal change was needed to recapture the tremendous amount of fun. »

PC Gamer UK 84/100

« Good, excellent, tip-top, neat, sound, and indeed marvelous. A casual adventure for even the most hardcore word geek. [Oct 2009, p.86] »

IGN 83/100

« PopCap is one of the most consistent developers around, and Bookworm Adventures 2 is another quality, breezy puzzle game (with RPG elements). Its sense of humor is pretty cheesy, but that just seems to add to its charm. What it lacks in serious challenge, it makes up for in length. »

Game Revolution 83/100

« Bookworm Adventures 2 is PopCap at the top of its (literal) game: Great presentation, quirky humor, loads of play and replay value... and God help us all, it's even educational. Do yourself a favor and play it anyway. »

Eurogamer 80/100

« Adorable, not only for kids as the presentation may immediately suggest, and very silly, it's another big success for PopCap. If only it would get properly challenging it would be a giant classic. As it is, it's a thing of loveliness you should buy this instant. »

« Bookworm Adventures 2 es un juegazo. Las mejoras en la jugabilidad lo hacen uno de los mejores juegos que jamas jugue. Bien hecho Popcap Games! La principal queja que tengo con este juego es que solo esta en ingles... Si lo llegan a poner en español o algun fan hace alguna traduccion algun dia, se gana un 9. »

« This game is a great game! Definitely an improvement from the first game, adding countless new features. The final battle was very challenging and fun, definitely better than BWA's final boss. Adventure replay is also a great improvement from the first game. My only problems are they didn't improve Arena and also at times this game can get too easy. I wish they had a difficulty setting because i seem to be very good at this game. (Average word length, 6.96) Overall, a fun game, If you like word games check this game out! »

motleycruefan 10/10

« A great game! Great for vocabulary, and awesome in general! I love the enemies, the expansions in this now, the bosses, and everything in it! Rounds are amazing, and its not just the same old thing every second. I suggest you get it! »

shipstone 9/10

« Bookworm Adventures 2 is a great continuation of PopCap's battling vocabulary game. The two games are the best competitive word knowledge games out there (not that this is a very large niche). The graduated challenges are cleanly done, so that by the time you have completed the game, you have a wide set of strategies that you use to spell to victory. The only weakness is the game soundtrack, which isn't bad, but doesn't get close to the music in PopCap's Plants vs. Zombies. »

« I love the challenging levels that certainly requires high knowledge. This is definitely the one you must get if you want to improve your spelling skills. A great game overall... »
