BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend
BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend

« It's only a very minor extension to the previous games, but if this is your first BlazBlue it's the ideal way to become acquainted with the best new 2D fighter of the generation. »
« Fans of the genre without prior contact to BlazBlue should definitely take a look at this Vita port. If you own the PS3 or 360 Version though, you only need this, if you just can´t live without the colorful BlazBlue-Heroes, while being on the road. »
« BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend is a brilliant fighting game that will take an absolute age to master. »
« BlazBlue for PSVITA is as good as in the rest of consoles. It has a great fighter roster, plenty of game modes, a good story and a captivating visual design. But especially, its gameplay is deep and engaging. If you can buy the PS3 or 360 version we still recommend them as you can use an arcade stick with them, but if you want to fight wherever you are this should be your choice. »
« BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend is an excellent fighting game and a virtually identical porting of its PlayStation 3 counterpart, jampacked with content, modes and goodies to unlock. However, it's still your usual BlazBlue and you might not be interested if you have already purchased Continuum Shift II and every DLC character. »
« An extremely deep and refined 2D fighter from Japan that challenges and impresses. »
« It's not only the best-looking 2D fighter ever created, but in my opinion, it's also one of the best and most feature-laden fighting games period - a statement I do not make lightly. »
« One of the best 2D fighters of modern times, squeezed in a little window. Lovely. [March 2012, p.72] »

« Excelente port para la consola Vita. Controles totalmente funcionales, batallas fluidas, sin duda una excelente compra para nuestra libreria de Vita »
« I review this game purely like visual novel. I am not fan of fighting games, but I like good stories and I have to say visual novel segment in BB is really good. Art style is not the best I have ever seen, but it is pretty decent. Story of BB is a bit of complicated but good enough to hook you into :) Characters are amazing, especially my favourite Taokaka, she is really awesome! Very good game even just from VN view! :) Graphic - 8 Gameplay - 7 Lasting Appeal - 8 Execution - 7 Overall - 7,5 »
« I Love 2D Fighting Games, This BlazBlue Graphics is Awesome, every character have story, and have huge gallery. This must be the Best 2D Fighting in PSVita Ever...I really like it, Fighting Systems is more complex. Can't Wait More Games 2D Fighting With Great & Beautiful Graphics Like This BB Games. Just WOW »
« I enjoyed playing this game, I didnt care much for the dialogue, but an otherwise fun game, one of few fighing games Ive ever played. I dont really know what makes a figher golden, or a top notch title but, I know that I found it to be fun. »
« good 2d figter game, especeally if you ever played game from "BlazBlue" series, if you know characters and ****, but anyway as any fighter game it is so playable on vita. »
« every bit as amazing and fun as the console version, in the form of a handheld game. the graphics are beautiful, and the story is great as always. as well as the game-play, although the vita's d-pad makes the moves easier to achieve than the dualshock 3 d-pad. it's a great 2D-fighter with a great story, graphics and game-play, »
« BlazBlue Continuum Shift EXTENDED is a brilliant game to add to your Fighting Vita games! BlazBlue extended version goes further and actually opens up the story in more depth, each character is presented through a short story wonderfully and it runs through some fights but the STORY MODE is not as interactive as other games are such as Mortal Kombat or Dead Or Alive. In fact is more like a text adventure anime type thingy which is more delicious to Anime lovers than other gamers. Whats awesome about BlazBlue is the set of the wonderfull playable characters the number of playabale characters are not so many but in fact it takes really a long time to master each of them. Each of these characters are designed wonderfully, have their own unique attributes and combos. in fact the gameplay has quiet depth in it which is wonderfully balanced between players :) I cant complain anything about the set of playable characters in this game ! Furthermore there are tones of mode to chose and play, a really nice training mode is provided and in generall BlazBlue offers a really long gameplay to its fans. Graphics in this game is awesome. The characters are in 2D but the backgrounds are rendered in 3D. EVery aspect of the design in this game is truly nice, specially that set of used colors are quiet beautiful. Finally BlazBlue is a really HArdCore Arcade fighting and i am recommending to all the lovers of fighting games »
« This is a warning you must heed. If you are playing this is your first blazblue game you won't enjoy it. of course there are exceptions but the sheer number of fancy terms, names, and techniques tossed at the player guarantee that even a rocket scientist couldn't dive into this game without some slight confusion. Every character has at least two nicknames and a confusing weapon name to go along with it. they also have a long back story not summed up in it's entirety by the initial story mode. It will take a lot of dedication for new comers to become intimate with this game. Don't undermine that statement like I did when I read reviews. It will take a lot of dedication. Also the combat is often just as complicated. though you can get through a large number of the story battle by button mashing eventually you will encounter a foe that will require a deep amount of knowledge concerning your characters special moves and blocking. Training mode helps but cannot solve all the problems. All in all this game is enjoyable but not to those who simply want a "simple fighter" like Tekken. »
