« Wolfenstein is a good shooter. There are some missed opportunities and living too much in the past but don't let that ruin the fun parts of the game which outnumber the bad. »

« This is a fun sequel to the Xbox/PS2 game "Return to Castle Wolfenstein". It features open-ended maps with story missions, optional objectives and several items to find. As you explore the world, you'll discover various firearms, weapon upgrades, special powers and collectibles. A major highlight of the game are the boss fights which can be tough. If you're a fan of WW II first-person shooters, then you'll be entertained. I would rate this with a 7.7 out of 10. »

« This reboot features expansive levels with an open-ended mission structure. It's a first-person shooter packed with various weapons, upgrades and collectibles. The story is a good one, the action is terrific and the boss fights are memorable. Unfortunately, I did not get to experience the online multiplayer since the servers were discontinued. Still, this is worth getting just for the campaign. It's like a supernatural "Call of Duty" packed with strange powers and side-objectives. I would rate it with an 8 out of 10 »

« This reboot is pretty much "Call of Duty" mixed with the supernatural. You're given an open-world structure with plenty of good story missions and fun side-objectives. The action can get somewhat repetitive, but the story is a good one and the numerous weapons (all can be upgraded) are great fun to use. Also, the boss fights are challenging and memorable. If you're in the mood for a fulfilling bloody shooter, look no further. I would rate this with a 7.7 out of 10. »

« Wolfenstein 2009 is a very controversial shooter. On the one hand, Raven simply took the mechanics of the first parts of Call of Duty and built it into the style and lore of Wolfenstein, on the other hand, this is one of the best examples of how to make B-games in general. Wolfenstein does not claim anything, it is not AAA, here, in general, everything is done at the average level of the end of the 2000s. But it's nice to play in 2023 as well. The shooter mechanics are excellent, it's nice to shoot from weapons. The history of timing is also optimal - no more than 12 hours. The game does not seem short, but it does not have time to get tired of the final. Yes, a pseudo-discovered world is rather superfluous and fits little into the gameplay, but it allows the player to feel at least some freedom, given the chamber nature of the mission. Wolfenstein 2009 took place after the trilogy from MachineGames and this did not prevent me from enjoying it. Great project, just don't forget it's not AAA. »

« Wolfenstein 2009 is certainly one of those games that just kind of boring to play There isn't really anything to stand out. It doesn't feel good to shoot in the weapons feel kind of week and that's just not really any interesting characters of stuff going on. It's just kind of nothing experience all the way around »

« Wolfenstein is a unique spin on the iconic FPS franchise that is enjoyable in my opinion. The game uses a new form of powers known as the Veil, allowing you to slow down time, see through walls etc. There are also enemies that have the same powers as you, making the game feel more like a survival-horror game at times, which is a nice change of pace as are the anti-gravity **** gunplay is solid but could have used **** AI isn't very good **** weapon selection is great, and the upgrade system is good too. However, the boss fights and later levels are designed terribly. The graphics are solid, and the framerate is fine too,but the game suffers from long load times on the 360. The sound design and soundtrack are quite poor though. Overall,Wolfenstein 2009 is a good FPS with some innovative ideas, but lacks the full polish to be considered truly great. »
