This is an atmospheric map set (45 levels) based on the works of H P Lovecraft, and inspired by a Doom clone I designed when I was a kid. Reunite with your dead son by traveling through your dreams and conquering four nightmarish realms: a shattered planet floating in aether, a dilapitated fortress of the future, the badlands of prehistoric earth, and the frozen Plateau of Leng. Now includes a fifth bonus episode, Out of the Aeons, set in the Underworld and the City of R’lyeh!

Strange Aeons is a 1-1.5 hour experimental game available for both 2D screens and VR.
The followers of your cult are summoning you. You must escape this netherworld and reign in your rightful domain in the land of the living. Engage in a strange ritual by speaking with a mysterious Artificial Intelligence. Figure out why you were banished and cast out to hell in the first place.
There is no other way out.
Strange Aeons is a neural-net-AI, speech-to-text and text-to-speech powered experience. All of this works offline, without a back-end server or internet connectivity.

Virtual Reality + Price Drop
I have some major news regarding the latest update: Strange Aeons now has an optional Virtual Reality mode, with both Windows and Linux supported through OpenXR. The price is dropped from $11.99 to $8.99 (the specific amount will vary depending on regional pricing). The players who bought the game before this price decrease will receive copies of my two earlier games (Desert of Vice and Ladderhead). I also want to thank you so much for supporting the game early on! The mirrors in the library scene look much nicer, some rare visual glitches were fixed as well. December Update
There's a new update for Strange Aeons, so here's brief overview of current state of the game: The game at this point is 100% completed and most of the changes now are technical improvements - version v0.5 has improvements for the Windows launcher. Strange Aeons now has a price and a release date - it will come out on January 13, 2023 for the price of $11.99 (this will be the third game I release on a Friday the 13th). That's it! November Update
Let me briefly touch upon the things that I've been working on since the last update: November Update This past month I mostly worked on polishing visuals and small improvement, the biggest of which was the redesigned look of keyboard input.
