NBA Live 06
NBA Live 06, développé par EA Canada et édité par EA Sports, est paru le 26 septembre 2005. Ce jeu de simulation sportive, disponible sur PC (Microsoft Windows), PlayStation 2, Xbox et Nintendo GameCube, constitue le premier volet de la franchise à atteindre les consoles de nouvelle génération. Le titre a par ailleurs obtenu une note agrégée de 87.08.
L'accueil de la presse et des joueurs a mêlé recommandations et réserves. PGNx Media a ainsi conseillé le jeu en citant : « It’s definitely recommended if you didn’t pick up the game for current-generation consoles. » TeamXbox a salué la fluidité visuelle en affirmant : « With smoother animation transitions, a better framerate, and a tad more pace, NBA Live 06 will look silly-good, as the rendering and motion capture is already … ». À l'inverse, un joueur s'exprimant sur Metacritic a exprimé une opinion négative, écrivant : « JeffA What drugs are you on? This game's trash on the 360.
