MOLE
MOLE

« With MOLE, Off Black Creations has managed to find a way to dig deep into the player's core by presenting it with something seemingly simple as a repair sim and then cranking up the psychological horror. Once the metaphors start to make sense, MOLE hits you right in the feels, while simultaniously making you run around in circles to keep it together in every sense of the word. There's only a few minor flaws that can halt the progress, but you'll really need to dig for them to find them a grievance. »
« Mole is a tactile, claustrophobic scarefest that could benefit from cooling the jumpscares in favour of letting the atmosphere do the talking. »
Avis des Joueurs (Metacritic)
« This game is actually really cool. They end up doing that one thing that that submarine game does where you never actually see where you're going in your trapped in some sort of Bunker or moving vessel. They are using Old School Technology like cassettes the entire time you play. all of this feels very analog using the machines, creepy operating systems, typing on the actual computers. The sound design is absolutely phenomenal in this game you hear every Creek and every action. I did notice some artifacting which is very weird because it's not like the graphics are crazy good but it is a fun little puzzle horror game that does have a losing condition at some point so it's not just a walking simulator. Some of these things definitely require you to think I feel like you have to be in the mood to play this game because they definitely do not spell it out for you and sometimes it can be a little complicated to know which lever to hit or what to unscrew or what button to push. Overall it's a pretty short time I probably beat it within 4 to 5 hours but it definitely scared me at some point and not just jump scare like a psychological scare. The story is pretty moving as well you can definitely understand what's going on by the end of it and it's pretty sad when you think about it. I think this is a real indie or Hidden Gem. And if you like other ones that are similar to this most likely you're going to love mole. I am going to dock some points for not having controller support it isn't very comfortable to play on Nelson keyboard and sometimes can feel a little clunky but was able to get through it with relative ease. I also got some Hang-Ups on the ending for some reason it would not load but once I restarted it it was working. »
« One of the most creative storytelling I have seen in such graphical environment. The game dropped my jaw to the ground with the ending. Much recommend. Immersion guaranteed! »
