Avis des critiques et joueurs

Critiques de la Presse (Metacritic)

GameSpy 100/100

« It's everything good about videogames in one package, forever encouraging you to play "one more song!" until it's 3AM and the neighbors are yelling for you to turn down that racket. »

GameDaily 100/100

« The sequel improves greatly on an already superb product with an in-depth training mode, a song list that holds up just as well as the original, and multiplayer that includes cooperative play. Everyone should rock out to Guitar Hero II -- it's one of the best games of 2006. »

GamesRadar+ 100/100

« Better in every way than the previous game...Unless you hate rock, you need this game. »

Deeko 100/100

« Everything about the game is better and the new features and additions are simply icing on an almost already perfect cake. Tons of new songs, three note chords, progressive scan images, pretty decent covers (in most cases), new multiplayer modes, practice modes, encores, awesome graphic cutscenes...Guitar Hero is always going to be a ten, but Guitar Hero II takes it to eleven. »

Yahoo! 100/100

« The original's head to head multiplayer wasn't vital enough to make the expense worthwhile, but this time the co-op play is so integral to the game's appeal that most will find it irresistible...This is an absolutely stellar release, with too much variety, originality, rewards, and pure fun to even think about missing out on. »

Game Chronicles 100/100

« Lightning does strike twice and Guitar Hero II is 1.21 gigawatts of blazing electric guitar gameplay with a perfect track selection, perfect gameplay, perfect multiplayer, and perfect fun that will start the day you open the game and last until the day you, your PS2, or your guitar dies. »

Cheat Code Central 100/100

« Almost every aspect of the game has been tweaked to perfection which leaves me in a predicament: I gave the last game a 5 out of 5 and GH2 is vastly superior in virtually everyway. So can I pull a Spinal Tap and crank up my review score to give GH2 an impossible, uncanny 6 out of 5? »

Gaming Age 100/100

« I'm absolutely in love with Guitar Hero II. For me, it's the quintessential music and rhythm game on any system, in any territory. The song list is so diverse, and the control is so perfect. It's also one of the ultimate party games. »

Thiti_Done 9/10

« Crazy good. Way more addictive than the first one, and it’s packed with insanely iconic tracks that are just too fun to play. The replay value is definitely even higher than the original. »

Kramer76 10/10

« il perfetto gioco di musica, colonna sonora divertente, gioco meraviglioso e a livelli alti la sfida è parecchio complicata »

Meta333 9/10

« A true cultural moment happened upon the rise in popularity of this gem of a music game. People wanted to learn guitar because of how much fun this game was and it made playing guitar feel accessible to those who never tried. playing a song or two on easy and getting all the notes really did build up your confidence. by the end playing well on expert, it feels like you're one step away from playing for real. very inspiring and very well-done. a significant moment in time »

Herodelic 9/10

« A pretty big step up from the previous title, with a banger of a setlist and enjoyable venues. Between what felt like my fingers falling off during "Freya" to spending too many hours trying to master Jordan I love this damn game »

BigYeedus 9/10

« A near-perfect game. Accessible to just about anyone, easy to learn and hard to master. The songs are terrific. The adrenaline rush of nailing a previously difficult string of chords is unique in all of gaming. »

Augarten 1/10

« I have read many positive reviews and decided to try it. I was waiting for smth. wonderful and amazing. But it doesn't give me this unfortunately. Maybe it's not an appropriate time for me for this. I'll try next month and hope that all my expectations will be alive! »

Hosep 7/10

« Great sequel to Guitar Hero I, supplies more of the original with better controls. »

Loyaluptown 10/10
