Gran Turismo 3: A-Spec
Gran Turismo 3: A-Spec

« The feeling of jubilation once you have Gold awards for every area of every test is immeasurable. »
« This game has taken over my entire life. [Sept 2001, p.142] »
« It's been a long time since I've given such high scores across the board to any game; then again, it's been a long time since any game I've reviewed so richly deserved it! »
« The sound effects and music in the game are as inspiring as the graphics. The engine motors and tire screeches are incredibly lifelike, and the soundtrack is top notch. »
« Everything we wanted; the graphics are so realistic it’s actually quite scary. The sound effects and background music push your adrenaline to the max, and you’ll find yourself in shock after playing this game. »
« Core gameplay is unchanged, but the graphics get a complete overhaul - which makes GT3 the best-playing/looking sim on the market. [Feb 2003, p.92] »
« From the little details on the cars up to the driving physics, everything is dead on. I know a little bit about racing concepts (speed limits? What are those?), and the game executes them with near perfection. »
« It's so much more than just a racing game, It's gaming at its very finest and regardless of your usual tastes no PS2 owner should be without Gran Turismo 3 as the jewel in their collection. »
Avis des Joueurs (Metacritic)
« Amazing and way ahead of its time, no game was even close in 2001 and has so much soul »
« One of the best games i ever played. I loved every minute of it and it was even better than previous ones. »
« I have lots of nostalgia for this game. Collecting different vehicles was fun and I had a great time doing it. Not only were the cars cool, but so were the tracks and the music. The simulation in Gran Turismo 3: A-Spec was really immersive. When you're a young lad playing with toy cars at a young age, a cool game like this can leave quite an impression. It's still one of my favorite PlayStation 2 games to this day. »
« Incrivel, gameplay muito fluida e gostosa, grafico insano, bom modo carreira e pistas marcantes »
« i’ve never been able to get into Gran Turismo. it’s just boring to me, i am not sure why, i find myself preferring Total Immersion Racing or other “Gran Turismo clones” more, but i can full well acknowledge this franchise is, objectively, really good. »
« Greatest Racing Game of all time. Vehicles, Tracks, Design, Ambience, a Refined piece. This is the quality over quantity that embeds the concept in your mind. »
« Indeed, one of Gran Turismo's best games, I enjoy the old graphics of racing, making it stand out from the rest. This was one of the childhood PS2 games that I played on my family's PS2. There are many different modes to choose from, along with all of the featured licensed cars from brands like Ford and Chevrolet. The racing experience is something unforgettable. I cannot compare it to previous GT titles, nor newer ones as this was the only one I played. It definitely deserves all the credit it has received. »
« I do really like this game and it is a ginormous upgrade over gt2 but its really nothing to throw a party about. its heavily overshadowed by gt4. »
