Godzilla
Godzilla est un jeu d'arcade de type combat développé et publié par Banpresto, sorti dans les salles japonaises le 31 décembre 1993. L'expérience propose sept niveaux au cours desquels Godzilla affronte successivement King Ghidorah le 20 décembre 1964, Mothra le 20 avril 1964, puis Gigan et Megalon à la suite le 12 mars 1972, Fake Godzilla et MechaGodzilla sur des stages séparés le 21 mars 1974, Biollante le 16 décembre 1989, King Ghidorah et Mecha-King Ghidorah le 14 décembre 1991, et enfin Battra et Mothra simultanément le 12 décembre 1992 dans un dernier niveau jugé difficile.
Côté accueil, la presse a salué le titre avec une certaine réserve : Gaming Age a ainsi écrit qu'il est « absolutely rough around the edges, but there’s some fun to be had here », tandis que ZTGD a estimé que si Godzilla est un jeu moyen à plusieurs égards, il reste une expérience fidèle à la licence et que les fans la chériront. Certains joueurs regrettent toutefois un titre sentant le fan service bon marché et qualifié de piratage trompeur, quand d'autres reconnaissent peu de contenu au-delà du fan service et de l'action, tout en jugeant le jeu amusant pour une partie occasionnelle réservée aux admirateurs de Godzilla.

« Le doy un 10 para contrarrestar a la gente ignorante que le ha puesto un 0 a este juego y que no se da cuenta de que es un juego de Godzilla hecho para el fandom. Es un juego cutre gráficamente hablando, pero es muy divertido, y tiene ese toque japonés raro que ha mucha gente fuera del país asiático le fascina por alguna razón. Sinceramente, si te gusta Godzilla y los juegos japoneses, recomiendo al menos darle una oportunidad. No es un juego para todo el mundo, pero está plagado de referencias y guiños al universo de Godzilla que a muchos fans les encantará. Y a los que no lo son, pues mejor evitar este titulo y jugar a otra cosa. »
