Finger Guns 90/100

« This remake of Destroy All Humans! is really quite incredible. »

PlayStation Universe 85/100

« With a strict adherence to the style and performance of the original game, Destroy All Humans! brings all the fun of 2005 (and the frustrations) of the original. This is a game that was fun 15 years ago, and that fun still holds up, only now it has a shiny new coat of paint. Though some cultural references are a bit wince-worthy and there are some ridiculous difficulty spikes, in general Destroy All Humans! is a rollicking good time. »

Gamers Heroes 80/100

« If you have not played the original Destroy All Humans, and the mindless destruction of the human race is appealing to you, the 2020 remaster is a must-play. While some of the gameplay fundamentals show their age, the fantastic dialogue and voice-over work, especially with Crypto and Orthopox, is entertaining, funny, and top-quality throughout. »

Digitally Downloaded 80/100

« In some ways, Destroy All Humans! shows its age, being a remake of a game that's now 15 years old, in a genre that's grown a lot in those years. But it's also got a sense of humour and parody of American life that feels more relevant today than when the original game first came out. That's a depressing reflection on the state of the world today, but it also means that the satire that underpins everything else in the game hits harder than the original creators ever could have imagined. »

We Got This Covered 80/100

« Rather than completely re-imagining its core aspects, Black Forest Games has recreated the best portions of Destroy All Humans! for a modern audience. Aspects from the 2005 original that have been brought over hold up well, and the studio has introduced a handful of smart, but important, improvements. »

Hardcore Gamer 80/100

« Destroy All Humans! is a rare example of a remake that changes just enough to maintain the essence of the original while improving the overall experience. The gameplay enhancements give this a more modern feel but it maintains the original story and visual style to appease those seeking a nostalgia fix. Destroy All Humans! was always a fun game though hasn’t aged all that well. This version revitalizes the title, changing just enough to make revisiting Area 42 a worthwhile invasion. »

BaziCenter 80/100

« Destroy All Humans! remake is a great option if you are looking for a different action adventure title, and while it has its fair share of flaws, it can still be considered one of the most entertaining games currently available on the market. »

CGMagazine 80/100

« Destroy All Humans! keeps the best parts of its 2005 game in mind while rebooting the series with a short, but engaging story and addictive alien destruction. »

Avis des Joueurs (Metacritic)

Nickmanmanfri 7/10

« Let's start by saying that I personally really enjoyed playing this game; between the main story and side challenges, it becomes even more fun as you unlock upgrades. It’s a very engaging experience—as is earning the Platinum trophy, which took me about 20 to 22 hours. Recommended for fun and relaxation. »

BarackolypseNow 9/10

« Again, there's just times where gamers are wrong. This game was designed to be a spectacular game by any medium. It's a game about an alien with a disdain for humans and with the plus side of offensive jokes. Everything about this game is designed to be fun which it pulls off flawlessly »

Lemres 8/10

« an inventive game with multi devices & superpowers. the original series was made in ps2 era when games were actually creative. »

Brunosangi 5/10

« Doesn't translate to modern game standards Imo, felt kinda repetitive but the game was still funny »

Retrolover69 6/10

« In the beginning, the game feels fresh and fun, with a good sense of humor. While the humor stays enjoyable, the gameplay starts to feel repetitive over time, as you end up doing the same things. The difficulty level is quite low at first, only becoming challenging during the final missions. It's also disappointing that out of the 22 missions, there are only two boss fights, and these are very similar to each other. »

Cpal4554 10/10

« Definitely one of my favourite games of all times. It's fun, it looks surprisingly good, it's full of humor, there's a ton of stuff to do... It also works very well, so very few bugs and stuff like that. Part two was so colourful that I'd chose it over this one, but this one is technically speaking a little better. Can't go wrong with either game, would certainly recommend playing both. »

HydrophobikFish 6/10

« It's a fun novel game with some unique mechanics and ideas. A great and faithful remake, but ultimately this game was forgotten for a reason and hasnt aged particularly well. »

DMGDealer 10/10

« It retains the same feel and the graphics are so well done. This is a genuine attempt at a remake and thank you so much Black Forest, they have executed excellently and sets a standard. Old and new fans will love this, the story is on point, it's very well polished and is so much smoother (probably even better on next gen consoles). Holds replay ability value too, for cosmetics and upgrades. »
