3 Minutes to Midnight
3 Minutes to Midnight

« 3 Minutes To Midnight is one of the best and most ambitious point-and-click adventure games of the modern era of the genre. Its hilarious plot, filled with the best twisted humor, is complemented by the possibility of solving its wonderful puzzles in different ways, which adds a replayability that is unusual in the genre. Spectacular in the technical section, and with a duration of more than 20 hours, it is an essential title for lovers of the genre, one of the best that it has produced in recent years. »
« We feel that 3 Minutes To Midnight has been a work conceived by true lovers of graphic adventures, who have known how to focus their efforts on what really matters in the genre. Crazy and acid humor, countless perfectly written dialogues, an exemplary cast of characters full of charisma, as well as a staging that captivates thanks to impeccable artistic direction. All this gives shape to a work that from this moment on is part of the best modern graphic adventures of recent years. »
« Full to bursting with cover-ups, conspiracies, pranks, and wisecracks, 3 Minutes to Midnight is set in a gorgeous cartoon world packed with childishly entertaining puzzles. Like its heroine, it’s a little unfocused and easily distracted at times, but it’s still a rocking good time. »
« Huge in length, thoughtful and with a decent story, but with some issues in the writing and the characters that don't allow it to reach the peaks of the genre. »
« 3 Minutes to Midnight is a crazy, sometimes absurd adventure game with a very high production quality. It would have been more enjoyable if it hadn't drowned the whole game with dialogues and kept the pace though. »
« 3 Minutes to Midnight’s high production values and vibrant, idiosyncratic world recall the best of classic adventures, but it often goes overboard and requires a steep level of commitment from players to get the most from it, dampening the fun factor. »
« 3 Minutes to Midnight - A Comedy Graphic Adventure is a colorful, non-linear adventure that can get very annoying in places due to the stretched dialogues. »
Avis des Joueurs (Metacritic)
« Absolutely horrible Adventure. PnC adventures are my favorite genre, and I was *so* looking forward to this games, but I got utterly disappointed. This is the worst PnC I have played to this day. The game is riddled with WAY, WAAAAY too much useless dialogue (which randomly is also unskipable), shallow characters, pointless and illogical riddles, a completely nonsense story (if you can even call it that), and just overall bad design. It tries so hard to be funny, and fails at that on every corner. Apparently the voiceover was cheaper than actually designing a clever puzzle structure or animations. This could have been a great game, but I dreaded every single minute I had to sit through this turd. »
« Bad flash-style graphic and animations, and worse it doesn't work on Windows 7/8 »
« So I finally played 3 Minutes to Midnight and man, this game is cool. I had a lot of fun with it. The art is awesome, and it's such a nice change from all the pixel art games out there. The music and voice acting are on point, and the story kept me interested the whole way through.Sure there are a few things that could use a bit of polish, but honestly, it’s way better than most of the point-and-click games I've played lately. It’s like a breath of fresh air in the genre. Definitely worth checking out if you’re into these types of games. »
« I couldn’t back this one but I’ve been following it for a while, and I'm really glad I finally got to play it. The art is just gorgeous and the music fits the game perfectly. The voice acting is top-notch, really bringing the characters to life, and the puzzles are well-designed and satisfying to solve. The story kept me hooked from start to finish. The only downside for me is that there’s a bit too much dialogue at times. It can feel like it drags on a little, but overall it’s a fantastic game that I highly recommend. »
« I backed 3 Minutes to Midnight on Kickstarter, and after waiting what felt like forever, I’m happy to say it was totally worth it! The art is awesome, the music fits perfectly, and the characters are just so fun and memorable. The story kept me interested all the way through, and the puzzles are really well done with different ways to solve them, which I loved. Now, I’ll be honest, there’s a lot of dialogue, especially in one chapter where it felt like the talking just wouldn’t stop. It’s funny most of the time, but with so much text, a few jokes didn’t really land for me. But even with that, this is one of the best point-and-click games I’ve played in the last 20 years. It’s not perfect, but it’s a fantastic game that I’m really glad I supported. »
« This title can easily compete with games like Day of the Tentacle, Grim Fandango, and The Secret of Monkey Island. The art, puzzles, voice acting, story, humor, attention to detail... Incredible! »
