EGM 90/100

« After the misstep that was Mario Party 10, Nintendo has gone back to basics with Super Mario Party. The competitive boards and minigames are back, along with a few welcome gameplay twists that make this party game feel like a fresh start for the series. From two-console minigames to the Joy-Con motion controls, the new Switch features elevate the entire experience, making Super Mario Partythe best in the series so far. »

Areajugones 90/100

« Super Mario Party is the rebirth of a franchise that, after a great audiovisual work and very successful mechanics, will provide a lot of hours of fun to all players. »

Cubed3 90/100

« The series has found its encore, and it's ready to keep dancing deep into the night. Super Mario Party is the essential Nintendo Switch release, a true return to form for a franchise that was at risk of going stale. »

GameSpew 90/100

« Super Mario Party manages to perfectly blend nostalgia with brand new gameplay, and no party’s going to be complete without it. »

Nintendo Force Magazine 90/100

« This is a wonderful sequel/soft reboot for this series, and it's quickly become the new family favorite here. [Issue #36 – November/December 2018, p. 77] »

PlayGround.ru 90/100

« Super Mario Party is a perfect collection of fun and addictive mini-games. »

Hobby Consolas 88/100

« ND Cube takes a step back to return to the essence of the Mario Party saga with a delivery in which the strategy is again important, there are more game modes than ever and the mini-games are still fun. In addition, the benefits of Nintendo Switch are exploited in unique ways and risk for the first time with an online mode. »

Power Unlimited 88/100

« It's all about the fun factor, which is higher than ever in Super Mario Party. »

« Boards and minigames are boring. But the beats mode (forgot the name) reminds me of Wario Ware. »

« No way to actually play this game. It's 95% luck based. You can't play for real and everything is random. If you like games with luck (such as gambling) you'll love this game! But if you like to play with your skills and like to plan to win... this isn't for you. It isn't for me because I like to actually be able to play and to use my skills instead of maybe once in a while do a random minigame that doesn't make sense while the rest is just completely luck based. Not for me but definitely for many others. Else it's a pretty well made game. Graphics is good, it's constant, everything does happen, and some other stuff I probably haven't had time or care to notice. Ngl I've never been so mad at a game. Not at the other players, not at all, but at the actual game. Well done this is the first game that made me rage AND the first one I've ever hated with passion. Still well made, can't complain about that. »

« Super jeu, j'ai aimer y jouer avec ma copine, le niveau de difficulté peu être réglé au besoin, je recommande! »

« Mario Party has always been a beloved series to me, and seeing this game in 2018 got me really excited, even though it was nothing but disappointing. Let's break it down. The best part by far are the minigames. They almost always ues the Joy Con's new features kinda like MP8 did on the Wii. Other than that though, this game is quite bad. The economy is pretty much revolved around buying Golden Pipes and the stars being cheaper than ever doesn't help that. The side modes are really generic and with very little replayabilty. I wanted to give it an even lower rating because it is just that bad, but at the end of the day it's still Mario Party. You will have fun playing this game with your friends, even considering all the complaints I said earlier. Overall, especially because there are 2 way better entries in the series on the Switch, I wouldn't recommend buying this game. »

« The only con here about this game isthe ability to play with only the joycons. Also the online mode kinda ****, one of the worst i've ever experencied. »

ScractusOFF 7/10

« The game is so much fun to play with friends, it has a lot of cool modes like the music one which is my favourite. The character roaster is nothing special, and the soundtrack is okay. I enjoyed more the previous chapter but it's still a good game. »

« Played ts with ma sibling aint horrible also i dont kinda like party games but ehh whatever »

« Some great mini games. But the controls are horrible.I hate to play with the Joy-Cons. They are too small and not well working. You lose in game because of it. Why not playing with the Pro Controller? It has all the abilities like the Joy-Cons. For that terrible controls I cannot recommend that game. It makes no fun. »
