Le titre propose de transformer la manette de mouvement PlayStation Move en gadgets improbables pour combattre le malveillant Dr. Terrible, qui sème le chaos des profondeurs océaniques aux toits des gratte-ciels. Les joueurs peuvent affronter jusqu'à trois amis pour enchaîner des mini-jeux humoristiques à travers quatre modes de jeu distincts, avec la possibilité de se voir à l'écran tout en capturant des poissons, chassant des mouches ou sauvant des plongeurs en détresse, dans l'objectif de neutraliser le vilain et sauver le monde.
L'expérience reçoit un score agrégé de 40,00. Le magazine Games Master UK a jugé que « Its unique brand of gibbering heroism can be tedious work », tandis que le site PSFocus a regretté l'absence de trophées tout en concédant que cette suite du jeu de lancement PlayStation Move « is a lot of fun if you're into this sort of mi… ». De son côté, un joueur sur Metacritic considère que le titre peut être amusant en tant que jeu social, mais que son intérêt reste limité face aux options de mini-jeux.
