Gaming Age 96/100

« This is a title that no self-respecting N64 owner should pass up. Nintendo has created the first true N64 classic since "Mario 64." »

Electric Playground 95/100

« To say that the Snowspeeder freak in me is satisfied with this game would be an enormous understatement. This is one hell of a fulfilling interactive experience that plays and plays and plays. »

TotalGames.net 92/100

« If you're a Star Wars fanatic and you own an N64, then you can't afford to be without this game. If you''re not a Star Wars fan then still buy this game because it's the most exciting, most gripping shoot-'em-up on the N64 so far. »

Nintendorks 90/100

« Rogue Squadron is definitely one of the shining examples of what the N64 can do. The graphics in this game will change the way you look at your N64. Great graphics, great sound, fun gameplay....what else can you ask for? »

GameShark 90/100

« Before you run down to the store and get your copy, do yourself another favor, get the 4 meg. Ram upgrade as well. You will not regret it. The Hi-Resolution mode in this game is incredible. Awesome. »

GamePro 90/100

« Instantly engaging and packed with an awesome four-player mode, F-Zero X delivers high-powered racing with that immaculate Nintendo touch. »

Games Domain 90/100

« Rogue Squadron is truly a great game. It has almost everything going for it, graphics, sound, gameplay, & the whole Star Wars theme. Only the semi-repetitive missions and the occasional slowdown mar it. If you are a Star Wars fan or an arcade shooter fan, this is a must buy. »

IGN 88/100

« While the one-track gameplay isn't enough to challenge GoldenEye as the best movie game on the console, Rogue Squadron definitely emerges as a shining example that not all licensed games are quick attempts to get your hard-earned money. »

« OMG this game used up so many hours of my summer when it released! I was totally locked in to get gold medals on all the runs and be able to unlock all the ships and secrets! »

Yojimbo2015 8/10

« Engage TIE fighters in the cockpit of an X-Wing and bring AT-ATs to their knees in a Snow Speeder in this highly playable shoot 'em up. The graphics, sound and music do a really good job of immersing you in the Star Wars universe and the medal system keeps you coming back to try and beat your previous scores. A real fan-pleaser. »

« Whilst not being old enough to enjoy a N64, while i played this game i could see why so many people love this game »

Za_Uvek 8/10

« For it's time this was one of the best Star Wars space flight games around. It may have been a bit more of an arcady experience compared to the X-wing/Tie Fighter games. But it sure made flying a X-wing more accessible and fun for console fans. Great visuals and sound that measure up to any Star Wars game from the time. Good level design and very tight controls that make for an overall fun experience. Sure, the story didn't add too much to the lore of the universe, however, does get the job done. Great game from that era, a must have for the N64 enthusiast. »

JohnnyVoltage 10/10

« Easily one of the best star wars games of that generation. Next to shadows of the empire on N64 »

ChesterField 9/10

« One of the best games in terms of star wars flight simulator to date. Hilarious and challenging. The sounds of the ships, the gunshots, the missiles and the soundtrack really are like in the movies. »

CodyZamboni 7/10

« Played this **** in 1999, good game, fun gameplay but a lot of repeated frustration to clear levels , cause if you die, you have to start the whole level over again,, and it took this game a lot of attempts »

Leontorres7 9/10

« This is really a great game, there is so much to love about it, must play for sure! »
