Hitting great shots feels very satisfying and the immense flexibility in difficulty makes the game fun for everyone. « This was provided as a ‘free’ game by having the PlayStation Plus subscription, I would never have played except for that. I don’t golf or typically watch golf but after watching some of the Masters on TV I tried this on a whim. I am enjoying it quite a bit, since I am a complete novice I started with low difficulty and the game provided a very enjoyable but simplistic approach. I have slowly been able to increase the difficulty as I learn the game and mechanics. The user generated courses make it such that almost course is playable even if not officially licensed. My main gripe is the announcer is extremely repetitive and fairly dull even by golf standards. Between watching the Master and this game I might even take some real lessons and get schooled, but hey getting out of the house would be a plus. »

« PGA2K21 is a really, really solid golf sim You can tweek it to play it how you like with loads of accessibility options, difficulty sliders and control settings. The courses look sweet, I actually find it really relaxing watching my little white ball fly through the air to land on the nicely manicured fairway. The player characters look a tad goofy, but there are tons of customisation options, including clothing, and clubs. It ticks all the right boxes. I would like to see some more official courses and some bigger names, but I'm a pragmatist and understand licensing costs. The same goes for sponsors, clubs and clothing; I hope they can hook Nike and Oakley next time. The beauty with these games as they're not annual and they take the time to polish the product. PGA2K21 is a really good sign of things to come, with EA jumping back in the scene I'm looking forward to the next batch of golf games. »

« Never was a big fan of this sport, but I found a new game to play better my main ones... and relax while still having fun. Downside, the money you make to unlock the cool stuff is too grinding »

« This game is really decent despite obvious flaws. I find the gameplay quite fun and I appreciate the customization and the difficulty adjustment (For exemple, I turned off the swing timing as for me, it broke the game...) The graphics are bad and I think there are major anti-aliasing problems or something like that...(on a big screen TV, it is pretty obvious when they present the different holes). However, I still continue to play a few times and enjoy the most of it »

« Super fun game that is saved by the created courses section. The graphics are by no means good but the game runs smooth and is a blast to play. Career mode is sort of eh but whats really fun is playing user created courses. Solid golf game. »

« I think this game is pretty good. It looks great, the controls are fantastic and the character customisation is top notch. The only issue I have with this game is the amount of crashes. After about three holes I'll be stuck in a loading screen! »
