Madden NFL 20
Madden NFL 20

« Madden NFL 20 has reached an additional milestone thanks to the addition of significant new features. It remains the best American football experience. »
« Madden NFL 20 is still one of the best videogames if you want to simulate any sport but it's very clear that it needs more: more graphics, more gameplay changes, more news in its modes... X-Factor is a good new, but still insufficient to sense that gameplay is different that last year's edition. »
« However it got here, it’s a distilled, slightly faster game that focuses on ironing out its rough spots rather than introducing anything that could cause new ones. And as much as we love the spectacle of an attempt at interactive story or the novelty of a quirky new side mode, enhancing the part people actually play could be of more long-term value. »
« I'm having a lot of fun with Madden 20, and readily admit it is improved from last year's game, which I didn't hate. However, my fun is regularly curtailed by an inexplicable limitation in almost every mode. Madden 20 gets a lot more right than it gets wrong, but it still won't let itself be great. »
« The shift of Longshot to the Face of a Franchise and the addition of X-Factors provide some tangible and beneficial changes to the game. Sure, the Pro Bowl is sort of a weird and pointless area of emphasis, but Madden NFL 20 provides one of the most entertaining and polished sports experiences available. »
« Continuing the Madden franchise's recent tradition of story modes, Madden NFL 20 introduces a new narrative campaign. This new mode generally falls flat, but the pro football sim stands out on the field, with new additions that faithfully capture the essence of the NFL experience while making it fun to play again and again. »
« Overall, Madden NFL 20 updates and adds some interesting attributes to its football structure. It polishes up the story mode and gives it focus while maintaining the entertainment value of the series steadily. It needed a bit more with regard to content, but what it has is still good. »
« If you like the fast-paced and high-scoring outcomes much like the NFL wants its games to be, this Madden is for you. Simply put, it has an arcade feeling with simulation elements. If you’re looking for improvements to game modes, that isn’t happening even though Face of the Franchise shines at times. Ultimately, Madden NFL 20 is the most fun the game has been in quite some time, but not the most realistic and doesn’t add any evolution in its game modes. »

« This game was laughably bad at launch, I fear a lot of players/fans have nostalgic memories of this game due to what the climate of the world was aka the pandemic. X Facts were introduced and broken, one of the "biggest" features was the freaking Pro Bowl which they look out after Madden 12 for whatever reason, and oh yeah no refs on the field either. This game was a mess and due to nostalgia is seen as a classic, long story short this game was not good. »
« This game was unfortunately disappointing. The gameplay is clunky with unresponsive mechanics. The gameplay is fully animation dependent which can cause frustration. The graphics lack detail and realism expected from a AAA developer. A lot of the characters glitch out after falling to the ground or jumping often which can be funny at times but does make the game seem unpolished. Overall a fun game to play casually but nothing more. »
« Madden 20… a brand new take on the madden genre with the introductions of X-Factors and Abilities. I’d like to say it this game specifically Popularized madden these past few years but unfortunately there were certain aspects of the game that just lacked, something new. The announcers are the same as every madden, they show no emotion when big plays happen. When playing madden all you had to do to consistently move the ball was outside stretches. Now that itself was OP enough, EA didn’t fix it, they let it play out, then people found out about the Outside/Inside Guru abilities that gives better blocking on those type of runs. EA doesn’t care, they pump out the same game every year with minor changes and not listening to the community and charge $60+. I truly can’t wait until the licensing deal expires. 3/10 »
« I got this one because I hadn’t had a madden game in a while and this one was decent. I finally played the Myteam game mode and although it was good. They almost instantly cut this game off online once the new one came out which really ****. Had a fun time with it and still do just wish it didn’t end so soon. »
« Playing MADDEN NFL 20 has had a profound impact on my life in numerous ways. Initially, I was drawn to the game for its realistic graphics and gameplay, but over time, it has become so much more to me. For starters, the game has helped me develop my strategic thinking and decision-making skills. I have learned to analyze different scenarios and make split-second decisions, just like a real-life coach or player. This has helped me become more confident and effective in other areas of my life, both personal and professional. Additionally, the game has also provided me with a much-needed outlet for stress and anxiety. Whenever I am feeling overwhelmed, I find solace in playing a few matches and losing myself in the game. It has become a source of relaxation and comfort for me. Another way in which the football video game has changed my life is by connecting me with like-minded individuals from all over the world. Through online matches and forums, I have made countless new friends and built a strong sense of community. This has helped me feel less isolated and has given me a sense of belonging. In conclusion, playing this game has been a life-changing experience for me. It has helped me develop important skills, provided a stress-relieving outlet, and connected me with a community of like-minded individuals. I am grateful for the impact it has had on my life and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and fulfilling gaming experience. »
« While only playing Xbox there were many improvements from 19. Graphics was a good upgrade from the original game. One thing I loved was X-Factors It help me beat My Brother While playing the Patriots. There were negatives such as increased disc space was a big no-no. I had to wait an entire day for everything to download. The Career mode was kinda a let down It would be cool if I could play other positions and it needs more customizations. »
« Absolute garbage. There's not much I can say about this pathetic excuse for a game that hasn't already been said, obviously EA doesn't care about it's customers in the slightest, as they have done NOTHING to improve this series over the years. Just the same thing every year, gradually getting worse and worse. But hey, at least they're getting our money, right? »
« Oh man where do I start well first off the gameplay is horrible all you have to do is run stretch or dive. The X factors are so overpowered and unfair they ruin the game. If you run with the quarterback and your over the line you fumble on contact and it doesn’t matter if you have 99 carrying even if your tackled ordinarily, superstar ko is fun but the abilities and X factors ruin it and the broken plays, the game is so buggy and glitchy, also all you really have to do is run y shallow cross it’s so broken, exchibition is the same as last year, the pro bowl was readded which is nice but shouldn’t have been taken out in the first place, the scoreboard was finally changed and it’s better, the entire game looks different finally with color splashes everywhere which it’s nice and all, there is no pregame, halftime, and postgame show as usual because even tho they game the espn license they don’t use it, ultimate team looks different but really is the same just add the abilities used to ad on to players and to get other ones to put onto your players, the franchise mode is better don’t get me wrong but it’s barely changed it looks different with the font but the trade logic is still broken and makes no sense. Overall the game is one of the worst maddens ever but it’s a small improvement over madden 19 »
