Marvel Rivals
Marvel Rivals

« Marvel Rivals has hooked me back into the hero shooter genre with its huge roster of characters, exciting gameplay, and excellent sense of style. »
« It's undeniable to say that Marvel Rivals beat every odd stacked against it, and that's purely based on merit alone. It's a fun team-based shooter with new and old ideas featured prominently throughout its 33-character roster that kept me wanting for more. »
« In its current state, Marvel Rivals is an absolute blast, no matter what role you play. Yes, it's hard to deny the similarities to Overwatch, but enough is going on here that helps it stand out on its own. »
« Beyond its very obvious Overwatch comparisons, Marvel Rivals is a competent hero shooter that is fun to play and easy to pick up, full of love for the original characters, and with a free to play model that refreshingly doesn’t require you to unlock gameplay elements. Hopefully some technical mishaps can be fixed with future patches. »
« Marvel Rivals had big shoes to fill as a direct competitor to Overwatch 2 and, while not perfect, it delivers. With a large roster of iconic Marvel heroes, fast-paced 6v6 combat, and well-balanced abilities and mechanics, it stands out in the hero shooter genre. Marvel Rivals isn’t just a fun alternative — it’s a serious contender poised to shake up the competition. »
« Marvel Rivals is a rare example of a live service launch done right. Some aspects might feel more derivative, but the promise of future content that'll build on what's already a solid foundation is proof that Marvel Rivals is here to stay. »
« Marvel Rivals is a real surprise hit that has what it takes to shake up the whole shooter genre. »
« Going toe-to-toe with Overwatch is a tough ask, but Marvel Rivals brings an impressive roster and its own nuanced action to the table, competing with and even exceeding Blizzard's efforts. »

« False "Throwing" Bans Ruin the Game – Support Needs Major Improvement. Marvel Rivals has solid hero shooter gameplay, but the penalty system is completely broken. . Today I was hit with a full Login Suspension for "Throwing" (UID 1106343683) even though I did not throw, grief, or sabotage any match. I was simply playing normally when the system (or mass reports from tilted teammates) falsely flagged me. The ban locked me out of the entire game for hours. No way to quickly appeal or prove innocence. In-game support and Discord responses feel slow at best. This isn’t a minor queue penalty — it’s a complete suspension based on inaccurate detection. If you get reported by angry players or lag once, you risk losing access to a game you paid for. NetEase needs to fix their false positive detection immediately and provide real customer support for these issues. Until then, this kind of experience makes me hesitant to recommend the game or continue playing long-term. Avoid if you value fair treatment and playable accounts »
Brilliant Design Ruined by a Frustrating Core ExperienceThe Good: Art and FidelityCredit must be given where it’s due: the character design and skins are spectacular. There is a clear, genuine effort to stay faithful to the comics and the manga style, making the heroes look and feel incredibly cool. If you are just here to collect skins and look at your favorite characters, the game **** Bad: The Matchmaking "Slot Machine"The biggest, most glaring flaw of Marvel Rivals is its matchmaking system. Playing competitively feels exactly like pulling the lever on a slot machine. There is zero sense of genuine progression; you might get better at understanding a character's mechanics, but your wins and losses feel entirely dictated by the game’s hidden **** system seems designed to force an artificial win rate, either pairing you with completely unskilled teammates, throwing you against unbeatable veterans, or shamefully backfilling matches with bots. It is absolutely unacceptable for a level 100 player to be matched with a level 4. It’s like putting a senior professional in a match against a kindergartener. Kids and casual players who only care about cosmetics might not notice, but for players who actually want to feel rewarded for improving their skills, the current system feels like a total scam.Wasted Potential in Game ModesThe game shoots itself in the foot by relying solely on standard classic and competitive modes. There are genuinely interesting concepts here—like the 18v18 formats or the zombie-killing modes. If the developers enhanced these alternative modes, or even introduced a deep, PvE Diablo-style mode (focusing on hordes and progression), the game would have infinitely more replayability and depth.Customer Support and Developer FocusFinally, the customer service is abysmal. I have sent multiple messages regarding feedback and issues, and received absolutely zero response. It gives the strong impression that the developers are completely lost, focusing solely on selling skins and monetizing the Marvel IP rather than actually fixing the game's core infrastructure.ConclusionThey are playing with an elite, top-tier franchise, but having good art simply isn't enough. Unless the developers get a serious wake-up call and fix the broken matchmaking and expand the gameplay modes, Marvel Rivals will remain nothing more than a soulless cosmetic storefront. »
« They changed Captain America summer skin after people bought it. The developers are scammers who don’t respect their playerbase »
« Bought Marvel Rivals currency from MTC GAME recently and the experience was smooth. The code was delivered quickly, activation was easy, and the price was reasonable. Definitely a convenient option if you need a fast top-up. »
« The game itself is pretty ok if you only play quick match. The competitive is simply awful, you can literally go one match 51-2 and the other 3-11 so if you have a private team maybe you can climb rank but otherwise it's just lost time. My only regret is to have spent so much time in this game, literally brought me nothing good. Not even gonna say anything about the community because they don't deserve any mention. Anyway, a game to play 15 min to half a hour a week and that's it, other than this you're only get stressed out. »
« Complete **** 2 years playtime. The community just doesnt understand team-play and comp is ass. Not worth playing! Play a game that balances comp/rank and rewards fair play. This isn't it. Gredy developers reward toxicity »
