Karaoke Revolution Presents: American Idol, sorti le 2 février 2007 sur PlayStation 2, propose une expérience de jeu de musique s'appuyant sur le moteur de Karaoke Revolution et la licence de l'émission de télévision américaine. Le titre permet de chanter quarante nouveaux titres, incluant des succès issus du programme, et de participer à une progression allant des auditions jusqu'à la scène centrale. La version standard ne contient pas de microphone, mais les possesseurs d'un précédent opus de la série ou d'un micro USB compatible PlayStation 2 peuvent directement jouer.
