« Unlike John Daly himself, this game is devoid of personality. That being said, the ProStroke controls have their advantages over Tiger in some cases (except using PlayStation Move doesn't feel as good as in Tiger). With such a bare career mode I hope this game takes advantage of the fact that is has room to grow in future iterations. »
« The Holy Grail of true 1-to-1 motion finally arrives, and there remain cries for Wii Golf physics. »
« Not a great opening salvo from Tiger's new challenger, but impressive Move implementation means it's one to watch in the future. [Issue#197, p.96] »
« The Move controls work well, but the drab presentation and an enthusiast-centric seriousness lands the play experience in the bunker. [Dec 2010, p.85] »
« This game has to compete with the Tiger Woods franchise from Electronic Arts. The Tiger Woods games are obviously a lot better, but this game also has its own charms. There are a few nice elements in this game but there are also a few points that could have been a lot better. »
« Sadly, that is the game's only strength, so if you aren't going to be playing with Move then you're better off with the more feature-rich and entertaining Tiger Woods. »
« This golf game has fantastic motion controls but not much else. »
« John Daly's Prostroke Golf is a great display of how the Move controller can be implemented, and has officially made us excited about what the future of Move holds. »

« Man this a good tennis game. John Daly looks like my dad. »
« Trust me, just by the look of this game, it looks like the inside of a horse's **** If you play the first 10 minutes of this, you'll end up having a stroke and it may cost your life. »
« This is more a golf simulation than a game. The PS Move is a revolution for the PS3 console, and the first games to adopt it are always going to be missing the grade sometimes. This game is one of those. It lacks the polish of the Tiger Woods PGA 11. However, once you get used to the disappointingly difficult controls, the game is actually a very positive gaming and golf experience. My first time out I felt let down by this game, the controls are not intuitive and the manual is not instructive, but when revisited for a second time I found it to be a truely playable game. »
