Crystal Guardians, développé et publié par Green Pine Studios, est sorti le 15 mars 2024 sur PC (Microsoft Windows). Ce jeu de stratégie au genre tower defense mêle des éléments rogue-like, puisque le joueur doit repousser des vagues d'ennemis pour défendre le cristal du monde sur un champ de bataille procédural en expansion. Il propose plus de cent objets, trente-six combinaisons de tours, une progression meta extensive, dix rounds de boss uniques et de nombreux ennemis variés, avec un temps de jeu principal d'environ huit heures et une approche complétionniste atteignant les dix heures, au prix de 13,79 euros. La presse a salué un défi de jeu original, comme l'a relevé WonderwallWeb, tandis que Console Monster a regretté un manque de variété des cartes et de finition graphique, et certains joueurs se sont dits satisfaits par l'expérience teintée de nostalgie.
