Back at the Barnyard: Slop Bucket Games est sorti le 20 octobre 2008 sur Nintendo DS, développé par THQ et édité par Play THQ. Le résumé officiel du jeu se limite au laconique « Duh ». Les critiques ont été globalement négatives : GameZone a estimé que, pour un enfant de six ans à la recherche de son premier jeu, cette compilation de mini‑jeux pourrait faire un cadeau de Noël acceptable, mais a regretté son manque de contenu. Worth Playing s’est montré plus catégorique, jugeant le titre indigne d’intérêt même à prix réduit. Du côté des joueurs, les avis postés sur Metacritic sont contrastés, entre un commentaire dithyrambique et absurde et une simple répétition de phrase incompréhensible.
