Youtubers Life, développé et publié par U-Play online, a été lancé le 18 mai 2016 sur PC (Microsoft Windows), Mac et Linux. Ce titre indépendant mêlant aventure, simulation et stratégie, construit sur le moteur Unity, est commercialisé au prix de 19,99 euros et affiche une note agrégée de 66,15.
Le jeu se présente comme un simulateur de vie de magnat d'Internet où le joueur crée son personnage et commence par diffuser depuis la chambre de ses parents. L'objectif est de devenir le plus grand créateur de contenu de l'histoire en éditant des vidéos, en accroissant son nombre de fans et en gérant sa popularité sans négliger tâches quotidiennes, vie sociale, amis, famille et temps. Il convient de créer une chaîne en ligne, de publier des vidéos, d'échanger avec d'autres vidéastes et, à terme, de déménager pour diriger sa propre société de réseau de créateurs vidéo. Plusieurs axes thématiques sont disponibles, du jeu vidéo avec l'achat de consoles et l'enregistrement de sessions, à la musique avec jusqu'à 30 instruments et plus de 10 genres, en passant par la cuisine et la mode avec création de recettes ou de vêtements et défilés.
Concernant l'accueil critique, la presse a salué certains aspects : IGN Spain a qualifié le jeu de « Sympathetic and fun. », et Multiplayer.it a écrit « Youtubers Life is cool and fun, but it's not the revolution of tycoon games. ». De leur côté, des joueurs sur Metacritic ont partagé des avis variés, l'un estimant « Oyun o kadar güzel olmasada yerilip batırılacak bir oyun değil kendi klasmanında güzel bir oyundur. », un autre décrivant « YouTubers Life is an addictive cozy game that lasts 5 to 10 hours of gameplay before it gets boring. The premise is simple and doesn't require much effort to l… ». Un avis positif sur Steam résume quant à lui le titre comme « The best game in the series. ».
