Originally released on Early Access in 2016, Unfortunate Spacemen is a multiplayer game about space-based deception and murder in space! Spacemen work diligently to be rescued from their failing outpost, but not everyone is who they claim to be... Death is part of life in space, and you're no exception to the rule. Paranoia runs rampant.
- Shapeshifter Mode: Survive, hunt, or complete randomized objectives to escape, in desolate settlements, arctic outposts, derelict space stations, warp-speed hypertrains, or ancient digsites across 15 distinct alien locales, and up to 16 players per match!
- As a Spaceman, complete objectives to call for rescue, or go hunt the Monster in packs!
- Mimic and devour the Spacemen as the Monster from the blackest reaches of the galaxy! Lay traps, disguise as other players, or take them head-on in your devestating Monster Form!
- As a Traitor, help the Monster win, perhaps even at the cost of your own life!
- Solo / Co-op Story Mode: Fight against the Crumerian insect swarm as you battle with up to 5 friends through the bonus story mode!
- Solo / Co-op Survival Mode: Survive with up to 9 other friends for as long as you can against progressively more difficult waves of enemies!
- Proximity Chat: All in-game communication fades with distance from the speaker, so you can roam, sneak, hide, and eavesdrop as you hunt or run from other players!
- Security Guards (Bots) roam the facility. Use them to help learn the ropes and practice, or just add them for more chaos to a multiplayer game!
- Rank up through The Company to unlock new customization and perks to customize your look and your playstyle!

Vraiment très très sympa ! Je n'ai pas rencontré de crashs ou de bugs... On se sent vraiment comme dans The Thing, on coopère avec les autres malgrès l'intime conviction que l'un d'eux va finir par se transformer en monstre informe pour nous dévorer...
The game is obscure mission, the random monster is not ready and map crash. TDL not finish, Spaceman is unfortunate game play and i font understand this strange game.

Hosting Servers with Steam Game Server Login Tokens
Greetings, Spacemen! We have pushed an update that is relevant to those hosting dedicated servers. Going forward, Unfortunate Spacemen servers will require Steam Game Server Login Tokens (GSLT) for hosting dedicated servers. As of the latest game update, dedicated servers not using GSLT will not be visible in the server browser. I run a dedicated server, what do I do? You will need to set up a GSLT token for your server. It's quite easy to do. You can register GSLT tokens here: https://steamcommunity.com/dev/managegameservers (You must log into your Steam account before doing so) After you have your GSLT token, all you have to do is to add the following to your server start up procedure or launch shortcut: -SetSteamAccount= All servers require a unique GSLT meaning you will need a token for each server if you run multiple. Do not share your tokens with anyone! Dedicated Server Guide Update To host a dedicated server, you can follow the original guide which has been updated to reflect this change. If I’m just a player, do I have to do anything? Nope! The only change might be that some dedicated servers may no longer appear in the server browser, meaning the dedicated server owner has not set up a token yet. The latest update also decreases the game's size on disk by about 2 GB. See you in space!
