Tiger Woods PGA Tour 06, développé par EA Sports et publié par Electronic Arts, est un jeu vidéo de sport de golf sorti le 20 septembre 2005. Il est disponible sur PC (Microsoft Windows), PlayStation 2, Xbox, Nintendo GameCube, PlayStation Portable, Xbox 360 et téléphones mobiles.
Le titre permet de faire évoluer un golfeur au sein d'un environnement simulé du PGA Tour, en progressant de l'amateur au professionnel, ce qui offre un haut niveau d'identification avec le personnage. Le joueur peut personnaliser son alter ego virtuel en le dotant de divers équipements et de tenues sous licence issues de marques telles que Nike, Adidas, Callaway, Ping ou Taylormade. Plusieurs modes de jeu sont proposés, incluant le Stroke Play, le Match Play, le Skins Play, le Four Ball, le Best Ball et le Stableford, le jeu mettant également en scène des parcours et des joueurs célèbres.
Le jeu utilise la protection SafeDisc 4 et affiche une note agrégée de 68.71.
