Team Sonic Racing
Team Sonic Racing

« Team Sonic Racing refines and advances the genre in creative ways that make it a must play for both kart racing and Sonic fans alike, which is easy to do thanks to its budget price. »
« Team Sonic Racing is a strong return to form for Sumo Digital’s kart racing spin-off series. Built on a solid foundation of gameplay, the risks taken with the implementation of the team dynamic pay off big time and sets Team Sonic Racing apart from other available titles in its class. Although it could use some beefing up in terms of side content, Team Sonic Racing is a versatile experience that fans of the franchise will adore. »
« Overall, Team Sonic Racing is hurt ever-so-slightly by not keeping the transformative aspects of the last Sonic racing game – but that is largely offset by the team-based nature of things. Unlike OnRush, the team-based side of things is pretty seamless and feels like a natural extension of the single character-centric style from before. The tracks are outstanding and feature a slew of new environments for a Sega-based racer, while the controls are great for the relative car class. The game plays like a dream, looks great, and sounds fantastic. No matter what platform you get it on, you’re in for a fun time. »
« Team Sonic Racing nails what matters most: speed and finesse on the racetrack. The new team system is a fantastic evolution of the arcade racing formula that gives you a real reason to work together, and there’s a litany of customization options to keep you coming back to these excellent tracks to earn more. Even though the small roster and annoying Adventure mode story could be better, Team Sonic Racing is an addictive and inventive evolution that proves Sumo Digital is at the top of its game. »
« Team Sonic Racing is a blast to play. The unique team based racing puts a spin on an already successful formula that encourages players to work together while also feeling competitive enough to not keep those away who always want to prove they're the best. »
« Team Sonic Racing is not just a kart game with tight mechanics. By introducing teamwork as the core element of its gameplay, it becomes a racing game with its own unique appeal. Its lengthy and diverse adventure mode could teach Mario Kart a few lessons too. »
« I really enjoyed Team Sonic Racing. The team mechanics make the kart racing feel fresh and help the game stand out from the other kart racers out there. The track design captures the fun and spirit of the Sonic universe, and the races are every bit as fast as they should be. If you're looking for fast and fun kart racing, take Team Sonic Racing out for a spin. »
« Team Sonic Racing is a delightful game, the perfect match between Mario Kart and that OutRun theorized by the same Sumo Digital in 2006. »
Avis des Joueurs (Metacritic)
« It's like a mario kart but with weird controls and I don't really like it. I play on ps4 so idk if this game is better in other consoles? »
« I feel like working as a team in the GP is bad I would would take the Vs mode in MKD8 everyday. »
« Racing game that is pretty forgettable, the tracks in the game are OK, and the gameplay is just a average kart racer expect for the team mechanic that doesn't really change much. »
« Oh boy, I love when my mario kart clone offers less originality, less creativity, and less quality than its direct competitor. »
« This is not a great game. Cars are slow. Story is a waste and unwatchable. The worst issue are the terrible challenges that were included and required to advance to allow the developers to limit the number of tracks by using these as filler. Far worse than Transformed. »
« As a budget title this might be ok but SEGA missed the mark here. Good concept idea of team work but SEGA need to build on there games not take away mechanics that worked so well for the last game. If you have an Xbox one I would recommend getting the last title Sonic Racing Transformed over this »
« Really great kart racer, what lacks on tracks and roster is compensated with fun mechanics, great ost and good driving with nice camera moves with emphasis on speed »
« Blast soundtrack, does lack in rooster of characters they had.tracks feel smooth.have fun with team mechanics, feel solid racing game.miss all-star moves »
