« Super Street: The Game brings back a long lost old school racer feeling, with a lot of variety in game modes and tuning choices. Unluckily it stumbles in an uneven difficulty balance, unpredictable physics and an odd driving model. »
« Super Street has a lot of potential. Though, as it stands, the developers need to address the game’s many problems before this racer can be taken seriously. The most notable of issues being the game’s horrendous physics, its terrible handling and its overly aggressive, T-800 AI. Praise goes to the game’s DIY concept and its impressive list of parts, but this means very little in the face of its several downsides. »
« Super Street is not a good game. It is borderline irredeemable. »
« Super Street: The Game is bad – outdated graphics, outdated gameplay and outdated objectification of women, bad. »
« Under no circumstances should you consider buying Super Street: The Game. Priced at £49.99/$59.99, it’s daylight robbery. »
Avis des Joueurs (Metacritic)
« Brings back so many memories form the old nfs days, i mean the graphics, races, customization, everyrhing brings back memories. »
« If this came out in the PS2 era it'd seem like a much better game. I'll start with the good things: I really like the car customisation, it's not huge (and it's irritating a game like this doens't have real cars) but it's still pretty good, so many games ignore most of this stuff now, but I've always liked doing up my car and it's pretty good in this. You can customise WAY more of your car than you can in say Forza, but, that's all there is good about it really. This truly feels like a PS2 era Need for speed. The car handling is pretty awful, everything feels like it's on ice until you want to go around a corner when the cars then feel stiff, it's strange. I picked this up for just under £5 and I'm not displeased. It's cack, but it's alright cack. »
« Finally picked it up after the first update. Not regretting it yet. Super Street: The Game is overall a decent game with great tuning possibilities. As long as you keep your expectations in check, this is a great game to pick up on a sale. »
« Super Street: The Game is a rough diamond. I can see why a lot of people didn't like it at first, but the first update improved the game an enormous amount. There is not that many games anymore that try to bring this type of gameplay back to the current gaming era. That's why I respect and like what these developers are doing. I can't wait till the next update arrive. I have a feeling this game will get better with every update. »
« This is absolutely horrific. The “handling” is among the very worst I've ever seen in a racing game and the cheating AI is simply ridiculous. This is literally 40 quid well wasted. Avoid at all costs and spend your money on something more worthwhile rather than this garbage. »
« There are plenty of customisation options you can implement on your car and this does mean that you can make your car be what you want it to be. The damage and destruction model are really good and as you progress through the race your car’s parts do start falling off which is great. I liked the old-school arcadey feel and at times the game can be quite a bit of fun especially when you get into a game on the online modes. The presentation side of the game is nothing special and I found both the visuals and sound design were lacking in several areas. There is only 8 cars for you to try out and in terms of content the game is severely lacking which means the game is way overpriced. I found the physics to be awful and for the most part they were very unrealistic. Technically the game suffers with quite a few problems and these problems do impact on the fun factor quite a bit. The game lacks in terms of variety in a number of areas meaning you get bored quite quickly. There’s quite a few different racing game’s on the Xbox One now but that still didn’t stop me from wanting to try out Super Street: The Game because what I had seen made me think it had quite a bit of uniqueness to it. Unfortunately though after playing it for a few hours it became quite clear that it was lacking in several areas and as far as racing game’s go it didn’t set the world alight by any means. This is a shame because it does get some things right like the customisation and damage modelling, but this isn’t enough because it has no content whatsoever and the physics are very infuriating indeed. Without a doubt this game needs a ton of work because there are technical issues dotted throughout so any enjoyment you get when playing online gets quickly forgotten due to this. As it stands at the moment I can’t recommend this game to you because it’s overpriced and the shortcomings it has means there are lots of better racing game’s out there for you to try. »
« What could i say. The game don't worth a minute of your time. It's pure garbage. Look, i tried, several times. First of all i must say that i've waited for this game since i first heard of it. It seem'd to me like a pure arcade racing and tunning game, like we haven't for so many time, but, than again, it was my desire, not a rational thinking. When it was released i bought instantly, to minutes after regret what i've done. The physics are sh**, the audio is sh**, and even the modifications aren't working. After so many delaying, they could have released a far better game. I know it could prove me wrong with some updates, but, by now, it really doesn't worth the price, or even the time you will spend cursing the game for their bugs and errors. Do a favor to yourself, save the money and avoid the stress, just don't buy that. At least not until a serious update have come. »
