Fix startup crash
This patch should hopefully fix a crash, which occurred only for some people, on the second startup of the game, if you had enabled the fullscreen setting during your first game session. Sorry if this bug prevented you from playing. And if you're still experiencing issues after this update, I'd appreciate a report with details. Thanks.
