Cette édition propose de danser et de partager des moments tout au long de l'année sur la plateforme de jeu vidéo musicale, avec 40 nouveaux titres et univers issus de tous les genres et époques, parmi lesquels « Flowers » de Miley Cyrus, « Tití Me Preguntó » de Bad Bunny, « How You Like That » de BLACKPINK et « I Wanna Dance With Somebody » de Whitney Houston. Le temps de completion de l'histoire principale est indiqué à une heure. Le jeu obtient une note agrégée de 70,00.
Côté accueil, la presse a salué le fait que Just Dance 2024 constitue davantage une mise à jour qu'un nouveau jeu à part entière, améliorant son rythme et son esthétique en s'inspirant de la génération TikTok, tandis que Nintenderos a relevé que la franchise poursuit son héritage avec de nouvelles chansons et fonctionnalités, tout en soulignant des aspects liés à la connexion en ligne à améliorer. « I regret buying Just Dance 2024. I have all the Just Dance games, and I love them alot. But I cannot understand why they are not using the camera support anymore. The whole reason of the camera was that I didn't have to hold anything. Utterly dissappointment in the visuals as well. Some maps like "Wasabi" are almost unplayable because of the "hip" animated character who dances like she has frame rate issues. The menu is (just like in 2023) horrible and difficult to navigate too. I wish I could get my money back. »

If you're already familiar with some of the franchise's predecessors, you'll feel right at home again after a few seconds. All those who have every offshoot on their shelf so far can get started right away and enjoy the new songs in "Just Dance 2024". The gameplay gets straight into your blood after a few moments and is great fun. The controls on the console are once again convincing and the new content is also successful and rounds off the very good impression perfectly. All in all, "Just Dance 2024" is another good title in the series. Let's Dance! »
