« Even tough, the video from the official website fails to give you a real sense of how the game is really like, i decided to take the risk and get the game, as I always wanted to see running in a video game (as a runner myself). Fortunately, i wasn't disappointed at all. You get everything from a real event, like aid stations (which fills your energy bar, called Stamina), course turns, and your character even raises his arms on the finish line. You can even miss the course turn and end up running full marathon while you enrolled on the half marathon! You also have the chance to change your characteristics, like skin color, clothing and nationality. This is where the game shines as the developers thought of almost every country imaginable (even weird countries like Kyrgyzstan or Djibouti). Game controls are easy to adjust, as there is a screen before entering game where you can adjust game settings, quality and resolution. Sadly, this cannot be changed inside the game, but it's not bad as the options are not complicated. You can even choose public crowd level (Tip: if you have an older machine, keep it low). There are some youtube videos that can help you sense exactly how the game is. I don't know if this really is the first marathon game as the website states, but this is the first time i saw something similar. Feeling the sound of a real crowd while your characters crosses the finish line is priceless. Sadly the podium scene is kinda short. The game may not be for everyone, but if you are a runner, you'll love it. It doesn't fall short at all. »
