Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged
Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged

« Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged isn’t all that different from its predecessor, but it is bigger and better in just about every way. A brand new range of environments and additional vehicle types help to keep things feeling relatively fresh. And new event types are also very much welcome. It’s the new moves at your disposal that really elevate the experience, though. Being able to jump has allowed Milestone to get even more creative when it comes to track design, and it also adds yet more depth – you have to think more about how to use your boost. This is a very worthy sequel, then. It’s just a shame you can’t carry over your vehicles from the first game. »
« Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged improves everything that was already great about its predecessor, adding game modes and mechanics to offer more diversity and quality of life to a simple but very entertaining game. »
« An absolute belter of a sequel that improves on the original in every way without ever feeling overstuffed. Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged is a stunning racer that builds upon the groundwork of the first with aplomb, adding new mechanics that make each race feel breathless and relentlessly exciting. »
« With a total focus on fun, amazing visuals, and lots of welcome additions and improvements over its predecessor, Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 is one of the surprise packages of 2023. While the story mode lacks in some areas, and younger gamers are definitely the target audience, there’s still a lot to appreciate and enjoy regardless of your age. »
« Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged significantly improves what was presented by its predecessor, introducing new mechanics that increase the fun without complicating the game's flow. The environments are well-created and have the necessary space to build tracks. However, they need to be more to exploit them fully. The number of cars is impressive and will excite Hot Wheels fans, but it is frustrating that the store rotates every so often, forcing you to wait a long time or spend points to find your favorite car. This title controls are so simple that even the little ones can have fun with it. »
« Silky smooth arcade racing at its very best, Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 - Turbocharged may not stray too far from the previous title, but still packs in enough features to keep you whizzing around those little plastic tracks for hours and hours. »
« Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged is the right way to follow up on a good idea. Expanding on the great things the first one did, this sequel adds more vehicles, more events and a story to make it one of the most unique arcade racers on the market. For those who haven’t had enough of toy-based racing this year, they should look no further than this one. »
« Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged is a highly polished, fast-paced, fun, and robust racing sequel that builds upon its predecessor in all the right ways. Addressing almost all our criticisms of the previous title by adding impressive core mechanic modifications in the form of jumps, dashes, and new terrains, removing loot boxes, and adding obstacle immunity skills, Milestone has created a fantastic follow-up arcade racer to be reckoned with. »

« Gozoso de jugar, pero le falta variedad de pistas, y de sensaciones en algún tipo de coche. Campaña pasada en 20 horas en dificultad media. »
« Fun,Fast nut sometimes clunky feeling **** Levels in the Campain are very repetitve after the first Area but intotal is the Game **** lastley is it not fitting having Gambling Mechanics like in Forza Horizon Games in an Game targeted to small Children »
« Fun, fast, and straightforward, though it doesn’t take many risks and feels very much like a continuation of the previous installment. The controls remain tight and responsive, offering that classic arcade sensation of instant fun without demanding much precision or realism. In any case, it will easily entertain fans of carefree, over-the-top driving and satisfy those looking for quick, accessible races full of color and energy. Perfect, too, for younger players or families sharing the controller. My score: *** »
« Not bad. Lots of cars into your collection and plenty of racing objectives, even a story which is rare for a racing game. The biggest problem though is the controls, it’s not super responsive and fluid as you would like it to be, especially for the arcade racer. 7/10 »
« Why would you add a jump button to a racing game? This is not a platformer. It ruins it. »
« It's an ok arcade racer. The driving feels a little loose, but it fits into the style of game. It's nice to be able to create your own tracks and play the ones others are have created as well. It's not nice that there are a lot of dlc cars, despite that disappointment, there still are a good amount of cars to play with. They are well modelled and look really nice. Unfortunately the rest of the game is mediocre at best. It's for sure not a bad game, but it leans on the novelty of being hot wheels a little too much as opposed to being a game with something different. »
« It's an average arcade racer, but to its credit- you drive really well modeled Hot Wheels and the locations you race in are very interesting and well detailed (even if there aren't many) There is also a track editor which is rare for modern racers. There is a heavy emphasis on DLC but it's not mandatory and it's not "pay to win." I wish it had better music; I wish the cars sounded more aggressive; I'm not sold on the drifting mechanics- the cars feel too loose. Still worth a play though. »
« Incredible game, funny mechanics, infinite maps, career mode and infinite liveries!!! »
