Fight Night Champion
Fight Night Champion, développé par EA Canada et publié par Electronic Arts, est sorti le 1er mars 2011 sur PlayStation 3 et Xbox 360. Cinquième opus de la série Fight Night, ce jeu de simulation sportive et de combat propose un tournant marqué par un univers plus sombre et plus rugueux, avec des animations et des dommages infligés aux combattants censés retranscrire la brutalité réelle de la boxe. L'intrigue suit Andre Bishop, boxeur emprisonné à tort par un promoteur corrompu, qui revient sur sa carrière professionnelle passée avant de reconquérir le titre mondial des poids lourds après sa libération. La presse a salué l'innovation du titre au sein des jeux de sport, Game Revolution jugeant notamment le mode Champion si réussi que le mode Carrière traditionnel paraît archaïque en comparaison, tandis que certains joueurs regrettent une histoire trop courte malgré la qualité du mode carrière. L'agrégat de notes du jeu s'élève à 82,48.

« Novice à la boxe, j’ai été intrigué par ce jeu dans mon catalogue gamepass. Jeu datant de plus de 10 ans, j’ai été bluffé par les graphismes qui sont toujours d’actualité. Avec un gameplay pas trop complexe et une bonne bande originale, le mode histoire de ce jeu durant que quelques heures reste un très bon moment. Son scénario digne d’un film hollywoodien nous tient en haleine jusqu’à la conclusion de cette histoire. Foncez si le monde des sports de combat vous passionne. »
