« I would’ve deemed Epic Seven nothing short of a perfect mobile game if it had come out a couple of years earlier while I was grinding legendary drops in Borderlands 2. In many respects, it’s the cream of the crop in the mobile market — especially when it comes to its aesthetics, combat, and fair monetization. But its design choices, such as the excessive grinding it puts you through late game, take away from the shine. Super Creative doesn’t alleviate this particular shortcoming by dancing around it with nearly every update. Though Epic Seven is worth a download, you’re going to have to try it for yourself to see if it’s worth the space on your phone. »

« This game is like a 2nd job with no pay off. Get ready to grind for 6 months to a year before you are even able to attempt to have fun in this game.... the only reason why anyone still play this game is due to time sunk fallacy. »

« (2023) E7 is an amazing game that has only gotten more ripe with time. Right from the start, the animations were top notch and the rpg elements gave lots of building room. At launch it had the bones **** game but had a lot of growing up to do. Grindiness and normal gacha-related woes plagued it, which really showed in the then-endgame. Since then however, they have added literal mountains of content, as well as many reworks slowly building up to a satisfying plethora of activities to power up your account and get you through the good bits. You may not get every character in the game, but its now more possible than ever to get everyone you want just by playing the story and being slightly frugal with summons. There are also many really good FTP options, like 4*characters that rival good 5* in most content, which is something i wish more games did. Also, that pub soundtrack is on my spotify playlist, and throughout the game the music really pulls you into the experience. I honestly hope it gets an anime. »
