« Sure, Driver ’76 isn’t the end-all-be-all of PSP racing games, but you can’t help but have a fantastic time once you climb behind the wheel and explore one of the best handheld recreations of New York City. »
« Vehicle customization in Driver 76 is a beautiful addition that gives it a slight edge over the notorious GTA, in the vehicle department. »
« It doesn't do too much to suggest it's anything more than a Costcutter GTA, but it's a fun nostalgia-soaked affair. [July 2007, p.80] »
« The limited amount of driving and action seems to go hand-in-hand with the slightly more conservative story, but it also drains some of the fun as well. »
« The Thrill Cam is a majestic moment in gaming but it's the rock-solid driving model that ensures great universal enjoyment, albeit marred by technical gremlins and misguided GTA aspirations. »
« Unfortunately, creating such a smooth ride has resulted in a title you can race through in just under a single charge of the PSP battery. [July 2007, p.94] »
« Despite a few technical glitches this is a solid back-to-basics effort with some extra bells and whistles and a load of groove. [July 2007, p.94] »
« Compared to GTA, Driver 76 is something that seems a little shallow and ordinary, but judging it as a game in its own right, and only drawing parallels with the best of the Driver series, it is a fairly decent chunk of big-screen cool, crow-barred nicely into the sleek internal organs of the PSP. »
Avis des Joueurs (Metacritic)
« It's not good but it's also not bad. The graphics are good for a psp game. It's a very small story and that's not fun. I already had finished the game in 2 hours. And their also not much (fun) side missions. I will recommend it, but not really for it's story. I will recommend it for it's mechanics, cars, bikes and weapons. (if you want a good, big story. go play gta liberty city/ vice city stories) »
« It's basically Driver: Parallel Lines Lite. If you aren't a fan of the soft reboot Driver: San Francisco, which basically got rid of walking and shooting altogether, then this is the last game in the series to offer the GTA-like experience. »
« I put 10 out of 10. The game was released on the PC port version of the original PL Driver, without any cuts. In terms of gameplay, everything is the same + adapted for PSP, but even if we take into account the uncomplicated plot and strange missions, the technical side made a pleasant advantage. »
« hikaye ve grafikler çok daha güzel olabilirdi. özellikle grafikler. oyunu PSP ye çıkarıyorsunuz diye driver 1 den bile daha kötü grafikler yapmanıza gerek yoktu. »
« This Is same game as DRIVER Parallel Lines, but with a different storyline, characters, graphics, and etc... What i have to say is... this is a Okay game. not bad! 7.3/10 Good »
« Have been a fan of Driver games since PS1 era and satisfied with the new games ala GTA mix with Driver style driving. Driver games have always been about driving and feeling your car. This game gives you the feel with addition to explorer New Your on foot as extra. »
