CyberTaxi is an action-packed driving first-person shooter and taxi simulator set in a grim vision of the future. You play as a cab driver who works in a dark-noir Hindenburg city and strives to escape this hellish location.
As a taxi driver you have to complete dozens of various missions for different factions and gain access to further districts of Hindenburg city. During your dangerous roam you will have an opportunity to buy various weapons, shields and gadgets for your taxi. During your journey you will come across hundreds of customers - talk with them in order to get valuable information. Perhaps you may have a chance to survive and escape this unsafe post-apocalyptic urban area.

STORY OVERVIEW:
Year 2128. The corrupted Gambricorp organization has led mankind to the verge of self-destruction due to new types of drugs which turned residents of European cities into lunatic maniacs. Once a noble town, Hindenburg city transformed into ruined metropolis which has been contaminated by overwhelming level of pollution, high crime rate and illegal drugs. In their madness, residents have equipped their futuristic vehicles with deadly weapons and explosive charges in order to wreak havoc on the littered streets of Hindenburg. Many people have decided to become criminals and forgot about their conscience... Have a nice night!

CyberTaxi version 15.00qt Update - September, 2022 - Changelog: Added new dynamic raindrops system with refractions; Updated all enemy vehicle models and made them more rusty, lots of tweaks; 3D Cockpit slightly updated; Fixed engine and wipers sounds; Side cameras have proper 3D hands with Uzi now, side shooting fixed; Added new 3D vehicle models; Minor changes in the menus; Fixed auto save issues; Many minor bugfixes. For best gaming experience please use Xbox One / Xbox S/X controllers or PS4 / PS5 controllers. Older gaming controllers may cause some issues.

The overall quality of the game has improved greatly. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/38802170/9ab52f2c247f241a9a20e1664803271cfb853c74.png Here is the full changelog of the MAJESTIC UPDATE to CyberTaxi, version 14.92cyt, August 2nd, 2022: Full controller support added - in menus, in-game vehicle stores etc. You can use PlayStation or Xbox controllers and the game will automatically detect them in the menu. Please note that the controller / input detection feature is initiated in the menu, that is, if you want to switch to controller during the gameplay then you have to do it by returning to menu and loading your game with a controller. Minimap added. Updated a lot of missions and their objectives. Game is more entertaining now. You can use mouse to buy stuff in shops. You can turn on/off shadows and minimap in the options menu. Cigarette and smoking mechanics added. Your character will smoke a cig from time to time. Redesigned all traffic waypoints. New pedestrian models added. New animations added - pedestrians, various objects, in-cockpit hands. Talent points redesigned (some of them). Sewer levels converted into underground city with secret areas. Update shooting vfx effects and sounds. Weapon models updated or changed into newer ones. New bullet mechanics implemented. Many new lights, lamps, features and special bridges added in District 1, 3, 4. District 2 redesigned - added a new cemetery and a unique green-like toxic mist. Fade in and out changed and improved. You no longer will get blocked if you throw away a story mission customer. New sounds added. New map markers and points of interests added or updated. New menu UI implemented. Cars and terrorists have a small chance to drop loot - HP or machineguns ammo. Store appearance redesigned. New explosion effects added in some cases. Turrets explosions added. Changed scale and size of over 200 objects. Optimization by static batching - updated. Low-battery mechanics redesigned and updated to be more precise. Talents key are no longer binded to N key as it was annoying when you accidentally pressed the key while checking the map. Many hitboxes fixed. Changed the layout of Suicide Stadium in District 1. Added over 50 static NPCs to each district with various animations (extra pedestrians). Pedestrians no longer walk around with a silly manner. Added Load Game preview with saved stats. Updated tutorial with new board that explains the city size and main game objective. Made a hotfix in version 13.99qw - mission 15 fixed. Added a notification how to access main menu after pressing ESC key. Fixed GPU instancing in various cases. Over 100 other minor changes and bug-fixes. Hot-fixes - added new minimap zoom in or out feature - use Mouse Scroll or Gamepad Controller's Right Stick. Updated helper boards with key / button bindings. Hints during pause game will now clearly indicate how to access Main Menu. Fixed collision issues in Sewers and display features of your cab in stores. CyberTaxi version 10.24xyz Update - September, 2021 - Changelog: New driving model implemented - now your cab should react much faster when you hit gas button and also get a better momentum / acceleration; Important feature - added new notification when we complete a mission / fare (visuals and sound). Main menu visuals redesigned; Driving wheel no longer looks like an egg (haha!); All fonts in the main game redesigned; Fixed Monster Truck Hover Vehicle explosions; Added Bloom effects to 3D cockpit; Most fonts on display screen have white or green color and change to red when particular stat gets low; All 2D map visuals have been polished (fonts updated); Added nicer tutorial graphics and updated older pictures; Updated additional fonts; Fixed reputation bugs associated with Gambricorp and Neo-Church; Fixed auto save issues; Many minor bugfixes. Right now we are working on localization and full controller support. Stay tuned.
