Crayon Physics
Crayon Physics

« This is such a simple yet brilliant puzzle game that anyone can pick up and enjoy. Needless to say, it's a great game for kids as well as adults. »
« With its easy to learn gameplay and quirky level design, this is one game that will at best leave you rummaging around the attic for your old box of Crayolas. »
« The freedom that the game allows you to complete a level in your own way is both its beauty and its Achilles heel. [Apr 2009, p.98] »
« The soothing music, incredible style and mind-bending puzzles come together to make a game that is sure to evoke a childlike wonder in even the oldest gamer. »
« A work of art worthy of the refrigerator door. »
« The very clever engine is actually too clever, as it makes solving puzzles far too easy. [Feb 2009] »
« The level of fun Crayon Physics Deluxe can offer us is in direct proportion with the player interest in experimenting with each of the stages of the game. »
« An imaginative and engrossing game. If the least of its worries is that it allows too much player choice, then that’s really no worry at all. [Mar 2009, p.123] »

« Crayon Physics Deluxe would've been quite the revolutionary game more than a decade ago and it still holds up now as a fun, family-friendly, physics-based puzzle game where you're able to draw the objects that you use to solve each level. However, if you're either a novice at puzzle games or you're thinking of introducing the game to your kids, you may want to reconsider, since the game becomes difficult within a relatively short period of time and since the content is gated, it means you're locked out of trying any more puzzles… unless you download some fan-made creations, of course! »
« I bought Crayon Physics the same day I purchases Max and the Magic Marker, in every way that Max is an passable game Crayon Physics dominates it. This game is really fun at first, the crayon and coloring book look gives it a nostalgic visual feel, the physics in the game are well developed and the game gives your brain a good challenge as the levels and puzzles become harder. Good fun and a good way to spend some time working those brain cells. Not too challenging but not so easy that you'll get bored with the game soon. Worth a look. »
« Pathetic excuse for a game, no thought at all has gone into the game before creating it and it shows, as the idea is inherently flawed. The game asks you to be fair and to not use the easy cheap way to pass the level on purpose, and to rate your own level to decide if you think your idea to pass it was good enough, gaining yourself a star. What? I pass the level any way I can, the easiest way, because it's natural, normal, and intelligent. I don't appreciate a game forcing me to play mind games on myself. Similarly i could not mind game myself into enjoying this. The concept itself is ridiculously simple, and boring, I've seen better puzzle flash games. The fact that this isn't freeware shows the greed of the indie **** who made this. »
