« A charming quiz game based on a popular TV franchise. Its presentation is top-notch, though you may get bogged down in its unnecessary exposition if you’re the type of person who just wants to get straight on with the quizzing. Still, there’s a pleasant experience to be had here – and since it boasts almost 7,000 unique questions there’s dozens of hours of gameplay before you should even get a whiff of repetition. »
« Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? is smarter than the average quiz show game, even if it doesn’t exactly stretch itself too far. The concept that made the television show a success translates fairly well to the console party game space. Just make sure you check your ego at the door. »
« Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader? is a fine albeit one note quiz show game that won’t necessarily please the fans of the franchise. That said, it may be welcomed by casual players that want to play a party game with friends/family. »
« There's fun to be had here in multiplayer, but it does wear thin. The lack of online and the emphasis on unlockables through the sub-standard single player drags the overall package down. »
« Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader? is a middle-of-the-road trivia game that's so full of padding that it becomes boring fast. I can only recommend it to kids but even then, I doubt that many youngsters will have the patience to sit through a whole game. »

« Awful everything, i got this game thinking i'd play something similar to jackbox. Instead there's dozens of cinematics and you gotta skip them all the time, idgaf if the host is changing, nor about a new random kid. Def don't waste money on this garbage »
« Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader? That's exactly what you should ask yourself before playing this, so you can test your skills. Instead the two hosts in this game are amazingly designed. The Xbox 360 version is far inferior to this, so its great to see improvement. It has better details, visuals and animations. It is great to see games improving over time The multiplayer is excellent. 30$ is a steal for a game of this quality. The box art is very funny and made me go "Ha ha!" I recommend this game to all »
« Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader? That's exactly what these developers should be asking themselves after making this abomination ****. Where is Jeff Foxworthy? Where is John Cena? The greedy developers were too cheap to pay for the likeness of either Cena or Foxworthy. Instead the two hosts in this game are random nobodies that look like gender studies graduates. The Xbox 360 version is superior to this garbage. It has better details, visuals and animations. It even has Jeff Foxworthy's likeness and they actually show the audience. Back in the 360/PS3 era, I was expecting games to be better in the future. I was completely wrong. They are only becoming worse. It's pathetic and embarrassing to see a game from the seventh generation console have better quality than a ninth gen game. The multiplayer is garbage. Here I was thinking $30 wasn't bad. What a mistake it was for me to buy this trash. The kids have cringeworthy faces on the cover of this game. This made me remove the cover paper off the game case and rip it into pieces. I don't recommend this game at all, unless you want to support laziness. »
