All-Star Baseball 2003, développé par Acclaim Studios Austin et édité par Acclaim Entertainment, est sorti le 25 février 2002 sur PlayStation 2, Xbox et Nintendo GameCube. Appartenant au genre sport et plus précisément à la série de jeux de baseball All-Star Baseball, ce volet propose plusieurs modes de jeu comme l'exhibition ou la gestion d'une équipe de MLB, avec la possibilité d'étendre la ligue à diverses villes nord-américaines, Mexico et Porto Rico. La presse a salué le titre : Hot Games l'a décrit comme « The purists choice for outstanding baseball action...a fun, authentic, and accurate baseball sim », tandis que Gaming Age a jugé que « The amount of entertainment value is unsurpassed by any title released thus far...even with its flaws, the title is easily the best baseball game money can buy ».
