Touhou Genso Maroku, développé et publié par Strawberry Bose, est un RPG au tour par tour indépendant sorti le 30 décembre 2011 à la Comiket 81 sur PC (Microsoft Windows). Proche de son prédécesseur The Genius of Sappheiros, le jeu relate un nouvel incident à Gensokyo où humains et youkai disparaissent mystérieusement, et le joueur peut incarner Reimu, Yukari, Byakuren ou Meiling pour enquêter sur cette affaire.
